My favorite gym ever! It’s a truly unique workout experience that delivers real results. Highly recommend HOTWORX to anyone looking for an efficient and motivating fitness routine. The people here are amazing! The studio is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the variety of sessions (my favorite is the HIIT), and how I can track my progress with their app.

I absolutely love working out at HOTWORX Bowling Green! The workouts are so effective, and the variety keeps things fun and motivating. The infrared sauna makes such a difference—I leave every session feeling refreshed, detoxed, and completely drenched (in the best way). My favorite workouts are definitely yoga, Pilates, and HIIT. They challenge me in different ways and make me feel stronger every time. I’m obsessed with the way my body feels after a good sweat session here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique, powerful, and rewarding fitness experience!

Amazing boutique gym with great workouts for every level, need, and want. Plus the infrared energy and heat makes the workout so much more effective. Since I’ve joined I’ve seen so many results, increased energy, better sleep, clearer skin, and incredible increase in strength and range of motion. After one month of Hotworx, I am officially in love with this style of workout! I was lacking motivation and the drive to get in the gym, but Hotworx opening sparked that drive again. I love the private saunas, virtual instructors, and the app to track workout and calories! The whole crew at Hotworx BG is awesome, super friendly and always welcoming! Definitely give it a try!
