I am traveling and stopped in for a hot yoga session. The sauna was very clean! And i appreciated that they had both types of foam rollers out for use along with mat spray and body spray

Honeyyy let me tell you, this is probably the worst location I’ve been to. I am a sweat everywhere member and have been to over 20 locations in many different states and been a member for 3 years I originally joined in TX and loved it but this location changes everything. The bathroom is always disgusting, pee all over the floor, body hair shavings all over the toilet and sink, no soap to wash hands, trash is over flowing, shower is so dirty, water fountain was down for months. Honestly save your money and sign up at a different location.

Hotworx is a game changer! The combination of infrared heat and intense workouts makes every session super effective. I love that I can get a quick but powerful workout in just 30 minutes, and the sweat is unreal! The variety of classes keeps things exciting, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my endurance and muscle tone. Highly recommend!

I’ve loved my experience at Hotworx so far. There’s a good selection of workouts to choose from, or you can book a sauna and do your own. The facility is always clean and, most importantly, the staff is always warm and welcoming to everybody. Great atmosphere for wherever you are on your fitness journey!

I love that you have the flexibility to schedule your workouts. The guided videos are great. Yeh place is super clean and they have free weights to do your own strength training. The staff is super helpful and always accommodating. This is a membership I would not regret and keep up with the routine! All in all five stars

I joined just a few weeks ago and it didn't take me long to realize, I had found MY PLACE! The ease of scheduling classes and changing if something comes up (without being charged extra) is a HUGE bonus for me. I am able to work around my family schedule and and the flexibility makes my workout schedule so much easier to fit into my day. I am able to work out at whatever level I am able to that day, which keeps me coming back daily. The heat has helped everything from my skin to my sleep. Highly recommend!!!

100% worth the membership. I love the workouts in the Sauna and the employees are so sweet. I do wish there was a water fountain with the bottle refilling option but the regular water fountain works just as good.

Love it here. Open 24/7 is the best part for me due to how crazy my schedule is. I also love the sauna workouts + the gym with everything I need for very solid workout. Very satisfied and would recommend a membership to anyone seeking to challenge themselves a bit more or just wanna try something different and new! Also very affordable, less than $2 a day when it comes down to it!!

I went in for the tour and free 15 minute class/session. I even took two other people as potential members. The staff was friendly. The facility is nice. The workout/gym area is small and has limited equipment, but the focus is the hot rooms - there’s room enough for the intended 3 person occupancy. No complaints there. My complaint is the sign up process! I don’t like the “catch 22” of requiring you to provide a second form of payment and if you opt not to, you must agree to an additional $5/monthly fee. I opted to do neither and not accept the membership. But somehow I was still charged. When I called the location, I was told not only was I charged, but that I would be charged two additional months in order to cancel. Cancel?! I never completed the application process to begin with?!?! The young lady then told me I would need to COME IN to speak with a manager, who works when I work and I wasn’t taking off to deal with a gym membership. So, I left my name and number and was told the manager would call me Monday of the following week when she returned. It is Wednesday and I’ve not received the call. This issue is an unnecessary one. If people aren’t paying their membership dues, cancel it and deactivate their entry key. Charge a penalty, but don’t nickel and dime people with frivolous fees, then tac on more fees when they decline to pay the first fee!! That’s just crazy. Bad Business, HotWorx. :(

I had some challenges with accessing another location with my Sweat Everywhere membership. Carey and her staff at Hotworx, Lexington brought such ease to the issue, assuring me a solution with grace and patience. Carey reached out to my home location and together remedied my accessibility issues, all while keeping me posted along the way. Carey even spent some of her valuable time answering some of my questions regarding The Hotworx workouts based on my needs! I’m excited to continue to visit this location in my travels and work on my health goals. Awesome place with awesome people who really care!
