I thought this would be nice experience at first after the first few visits it’s not worth $62 a month. Rooms are small so you better hope you’re the only one in there, majority of the workouts are hard to see the screen bc your head will most likely be down majority of the time, and if you’re new and have to watch the screen to keep up it’s impossible to enjoy the workout. Don’t offer anything else just a few weights in the back not any storage for your stuff while in ur in the sauna, when I signed up the girl left out if I wanted to cancel it would $100 fee and that’s after a full 6 months of full payment!! Such a waste of money. I’m to blame to I guess should’ve asked more questions and not depend on someone to do their job right. Not happy about that at all and I haven’t went back bc now that place just pisses me off and I feel like I’ve been scammed. If you just like the sauna just go to planet fitness, at least you get options for a lot more than this place gives.

I had so much fun here! I visited as a guest and did a sauna workout and it was amazing. I could feel the burn and legs were shaking in the end! I hope this becomes common place in England so I can go more often.

I have been a member since the facility opened and am hooked! I love all of the workouts and have trouble deciding what to do. I am 54 years old and have a good amount of weight to lose but am already seeing results. I love the rewards program and have earned goodies that are helping me on my fitness journey. They keep everything so clean and the facility is open 24 hours a day so you have easy access. Come do a workout with us!

I love this place! It’s always very clean and the staff is super friendly. I love that they incorporate community events and outreach. They did a fundraiser for school supplies and I actually won, so I got to share those goodies with my public elementary school I teach at. So thankful they opened so close to my house!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and motivating. The workouts are top-notch, and they push me to my limits in the best way possible. The variety of classes offered ensures there's something for everyone, and the clean and well-maintained facility makes each visit so enjoyable. The infrared heat is so good for you too! I've seen fantastic results in my fitness journey thanks to this studio, and I can't recommend it enough. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
