I recommend HOTWORX 100%! As a busy mom, the 24 hour facility allows me to make time for myself! The staff are so wonderful and the facility is extremely clean! They have so many workouts to choose from, as well as a free weight area. I also love that they have an app to keep track of how many calories you burn and to schedule sessions. I'm a fan of the saunas, they say "more workout in less time!" I believe it!

I am not an exercise girlie. Never have been able to form a habit. Hotworx has me hooked. I feel great when I leave and look forward to my next visit. I love the versatility of switching things up and the privacy of the sessions.

HOTWORX ROCKS! The place is clean and provides ample space to put a gym bag, shoes or whatever else you might bring in a little cubby right outside the sauna you are using! I love that you can also spray a little essential oil spray in the sauna and it smells heavenly! The thunder & blast sessions are great for a quick workout to really put some work in. I've gone at all hours of the day and have never felt uneasy about going after hours since the building is so secure. All of the staff is wonderful! So friendly and helpful if you ever have a question or forget something. They are always doing some kind of challenge, whether it's bingo or a couples challenge, to incentivize you, which for me is awesome! Pushes me to work a little harder. It is not a typical "gym", but that's the point, right? At first I was worried about the price, but it has proven to be worth every penny of the 60$ monthly fee. In that fee I feel you are paying for the peace of mind with a SECURE and CLEAN building with FRIENDLY staff.

It was my first visit to Hotworx. I used a free session I found on Facebook. The staff was very informative and friendly.
I used two sessions and really enjoyed it.
The workouts were great not to mention the heat. I joined right after my workouts.
