Training schedule, exercise routine, nutrition, supplements, even counting reps — this guy doing all the worse about the gym. Only thing you need to do is to keep up with his advices and result is guaranteed!

I’ve met Silas more than a year ago and since then my results are way better. At the same time I’m spending about twice less time on trainings than I used to. It was 3 trainings a week, now we switched it to 5 (because that’s what I wanted) and he is still very flexible about time we are meeting. He is going above a beyond to accommodate our schedules and even if it’s not possible within a certain day, Silas sending me list of exercise, so I can do it by myself. I could not imagine a better combination of performance and convenience than this guy is performing for me. Thank you!

Silas is a great trainer! I've really enjoyed working out with him. I find that he challenges you enough to make meaningful gains, but doesn't kill you in the process. He's always available via text and offers up some great advice on nutrition as well. Really personable and easy going, but for sure offers you great accountability so that you can reach your fitness goals. I highly recommend Silas!

Silas has been my trainer for three years. He has modified my workouts to accommodate environmental changes, like going from working out in a basement with limited gear to a full gym to a garage with less gear to a new home gym. He’s very good at changing an exercise on the fly to accommodate the environment and limitations at hand. That’s true with injuries as well. When I’ve strained a muscle, he’s very good at avoiding it to allow it to heal and/or strengthening it and the surrounding muscles to accelerate the healing process.
My body fat percentage has decreased at a healthy rate and my strength is significantly better than three years ago. I feel better and I can more confidently work out on my own as he taught me proper form for both maximum output and minimizing injury. I plan to continue to use Silas for the foreseeable future and recommend his expertise to anyone seeking direction and healthy guidance and motivation while in the process of reaching your fitness goals. I keep stretching mine and Silas continues to help me reach them.
