This 24/7 gym has everything you need for a great workout! When I travel, I always do a day pass at a local gym, I have been exposed to many different set ups/equipment, but little did I know I had access to a great little locally owned gym very near my house! It is one of the cleanest gyms I have been to and I’ve been to quite a few! The equipment and space is clean and cared for!

I move around alot for work, so it's great when I find a nice gym that's 24hr access and the sign-up and cancelation were easy, Tony was very flexible with my work schedule for cancelation. I love the equipment and cleanliness of Bodyshape, wish I could bring the whole gym home with me to FL.

Joined this gym recently after moving from the UK. What can I say..... WOW. This gym is head and shoulders better than the gyms in the UK. The equipment is much superior in this gym and Anthony the owner has extensive knowledge of workout regimes, as well as nutritional guidance. Thoroughly happy.

I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience trying to cancel my membership at this gym.

First, when I signed up, I was never provided a copy of my contract, despite giving my driver’s license and payment information. I was also asked for a Social Security card as a second form of ID, which is highly unusual for a gym membership. I refused, but that alone gave me weird vibes about how this place operates.

When I called to cancel my membership, I was told I had to come in person. However, there are no posted staff hours, and multiple times when I stopped by, no one was there. I even asked if the cancellation form could be emailed to me so I could sign and return it, but the owner flat-out refused and emphasized that they “don’t do that”—even though I had already provided my email address.

I was willing to sign anything needed to cancel and had no issue doing so, but I did not feel comfortable going to his gym or being in his office alone to sign paperwork in person. There was no valid reason why he could not simply email me the form. Instead, he insisted that I had to come back in and bring back the key cards I had already paid for ($10 each for mine and my husband’s, totaling $20). If I paid for them, they belong to me.

The most uncomfortable part was how the owner continued to call me after I had already asked him not to. His voicemails weren’t just follow-ups; they felt accusatory and confrontational, almost like he was arguing with me about having to come back in. The tone of the messages and the overall back-and-forth gave me a really uneasy feeling, and I did not feel comfortable dealing with him in person.

Between the unprofessional behavior, and the uncomfortable nature of the cancellation process, I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

If you're looking for a "Real Gym" this is the place for you. 24 hour facility with a great atmosphere and killer gym equipment. They've got stuff in here that I've never seen before! I've been coming here now for 2 years. This place is a second home to me.

The five stars is for Lots of equipment, clean, 24/7 access and a location super close to home. I just needed a place to help with rehab of my new knee and this fits the bill. It is not a typical gym with amenities, trainers and lots of people in and out. It's a tiny bit more expensive than the planet fitness kinds of places, but gosh the peace and location are so worth it.

I love being able to pop in for a thirty minute workout anytime of the day five minutes from the house. Great selection of equipment to use especially if you like to lift. Kept very clean at all times.
