I've attended numerous basics classics that are clear, easy to follow, and really help me to feel more in tune with myself. There are also fun unique stories and lessons that the teacher curates. It is a very welcoming environment as well!

Infinite Bliss has been my yoga home for almost 10 years! Denise, the studio owner, has created a community (Kula) which invites you into a supportive yoga practice, a place to share your life and thoughts, a place to learn and grow both your physical yoga practice and emotional connection with eh world around us. I love how each week the classes have a unique theme from Science Friday, Seasonal changes, unique earth and world moments. At this studio, you will find the most approachable yoga combined with thoughtful teachers and a practice you can sustain and grow for a lifetime.

Denise is my most favorite yoga instructor that I've ever had. Her knowledge of science as well as yoga is such a plus. We learn the anatomy as well as proper, very helpful yoga instruction. I highly recommend the Gentle Yoga class if you are recovering from any type of surgery/procedure, or are dealing with severe chronic pain. There are always several options of each pose to help suit everyone's physical limitations. I am very grateful for this yoga studio. All of the classes that I've taken are all top notch with amazing instruction.

I have gone to Infinite Bliss Yoga now several times over the past few months, and it is hands down the best yoga studio I have ever been to. Denise has an excellent way of making you feel welcome and somehow remembers small details about every student’s lives. The classes are accessible no matter what level you are at, and she will give you personalized modifications based on any injuries or to even make moves more advanced if you’re at a higher level. If you’re considering trying yoga or want to try out a new studio, I truly believe this is the best place to go. Life always feels so much better and more manageable after one of Denise’s classes!

I have been going to Infinite Bliss on a regular basis for over 9 years. During that time I have found it to be consistently the best yoga experience I have ever had. The instruction has never caused me injury. In fact, practicing there has helped me heal from many injuries and maladies. Denise worked with me to rehabilitate a broken knee and frozen shoulder as well as lower back pain. Beyond all of that, I have found Infinite Bliss to be a wonderful, caring community. It is a fun place to practice healthy yoga and be a part of something that is big, bold and organic. I am always so grateful for belonging to such an uplifting experience.

I took Denise's beginner yoga class series and it was the best, most supportive and friendly way for a beginner (me at the time) to learn yoga basics. Starting yoga and being a beginner can be intimidating but Denise was incredible and helped me gain the confidence and the skills that has led me to a love of yoga. Infinite Bliss has such a lovely welcoming space. It's my favorite place to do yoga in all of Louisville!

I have had many yoga classes over the past fifty years, but Denise is the best teacher I have ever encountered. Her grasp of yoga is amazing, but she is also so warm and friendly, welcoming students of all levels. I have been practicing with her since she opened the studio in 2011 and I will never go anywhere else.

An athlete doesn't always make a great teacher. People who trained as dancers or gymnasts can do things that men with tight hamstrings and other regular Americans with injuries and physical limitations simply can't do.
What makes the teachers at infinite bliss amazing is their ability to pay attention to their students bodies and keep us safe and challenged. All yoga studios say to "listen to your body", but the teachers at infinte bliss meet you half way and closely observe your form to prevent injury before it happens. I can practice at IB everyday and feel great, by keeping us safe the teachers help free us to go deeper into our practices.
Also the teachers bring cool science into the classroom, which is a definite plus for a science and nature fan like myself. And the teacher's often have great playlists that reflect their unique personalities.
I was able to come to IB lead teacher Denise with some acute injuries including a shoulder injury I sustained from practicing at a different yoga studio, and a lumbar spine injury from snowboarding and both times I was amazed at her level of knowledge and techniques that helped me and speeded my recovery.
The other awesome thing about IB are the positive vibes. When stress gets me down a class at IB usually leaves me feeling centered, free, and strong.

I consider myself at an intermediate level of yoga, but no matter what level you are, Infinite Bliss is the best yoga around! It's a small, intimate environment with instructors who always made me feel comfortable trying poses I had never done before (& succeeding!) Check it out!
