I am a 60 year old male, and I have been training with Dave for over a year. I have been a personal trainer and nutritionist and have gotten fat and out of shape; in serious need of a good trainer and serious motivation. Iron body is much more than weights, it is wholistic approach to fitness, diet, and overall health. My fitness and strength have improved dramatically eliminating the need for my weekly chiropractor visits. As a business professional my fitness has improved my energy and concentration at work. Just finished Dave's initial 28- day transformation program with 3 fitness sessions per week and accompanying diet plan. Better results than I had anticipated! Had hoped to drop 8 lbs but actually lost 13, down to 209 and 1.5" down on the waist. I had my own routine using resistance machines, but the kettlebell approach I think is a more thorough workout. And it's more fun to do a fitness session with others also attending. The diet plan actually included quite a few very tasty meals, complete with shopping lists and recipe plan. Treated myself at the end to a massage by Cheryl which she does at the IBF facility. She does a great job and had some good suggestions as well. Very satisfied overall and have decided to continue on.
