If you’re looking for a clean gym with great atmosphere and nice equipment then look no further! Me and my family love this place! The owners are great people and are constantly doing upgrades and making the place even nicer. They now sell pre workout and quite a few other things right there at the gym so you don’t have to make a trip to Ashland. It’s by far the best gym around and they are all about community and helping people reach their fitness goals. Definitely check it out!

Where do I start.. the owners Tom and Donna are amazing, they are such down-to-earth people. Their staff is very knowledgeable helpful and courteous. I am not a bodybuilder by any means but I have found several products that they carry that has helped me get my life back. First off would be the LubriSyn this is an absolutely amazing product if you have joint issues. It has helped me to be able to go up and down stairs like a normal person and I wasn't able to for several years. 2nd I do not eat like I should and realized I wasn't getting enough protein intake. Tom helped me find exactly what I needed in an awesome product called Raw Protein. It has helped with tiredness and has given me energy that I lacked before. Another thing that I think is awesome, if they don't have what you need at one location they will transfer it from one of their other stores. Thank you Tom and Donna and everyone at Ironheadz
