Katie is the absolute best! I have worked out with Katie for several years, she is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met in the fitness/wellness community. She is constantly researching and learning the most effective ways to train and eat to fuel the body.

Her mobility training is an essential piece of her skill set. She shows up for training sessions with new methods and lifts to keep your muscles guessing and uses aspects of mobility to help make sure I am activating the right muscles to get the most out of my lift.

Katie puts a great deal of emphasis on your needs as a client to understand where you are and where you want to be, and she’ll help you get there while maintaining health and wellness! Her nutrition program is a helpful way to lead a healthier lifestyle.

I love getting to workout 1:1 with Katie! She is so knowledgeable. I am hyper mobile in my elbows and knees and Katie knows how to correctly train me without risking hyper extension. She truly puts the most personal approach on each session we have making sure that all my needs are met. I am the strongest I have ever been working with Katie!
