Kenpo Karate LLC is a locally owned and operated martial arts studio that services the greater Lexington area. Specializing in self-defense for adults, children and families. Students are taught by our certified Black Belt Instructors and are offered a flexible schedule that suits their needs. Students are taught in private lessons with additional group workout classes available. Our services include but are not limited to: martial arts, Kenpo karate, karate for kids, kids classes, karate, private lessons, self-defense, ground fighting, women's self-defense, kickboxing, martial arts supply, stretching, sparring, weapons, grappling, youth programs, self-defense seminars and family programs.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing the owners and instructors of this martial arts studio for almost twenty years and I can say without hesitation that they are some of the most honest, kind, generous, and integrity-driven individuals you will ever meet. Their character isn’t just something they model in the studio; it’s how they live every part of their lives.
When it comes to the system they teach — Kenpo Karate — This isn’t sport karate or watered-down self-defense. This is a street tested highly effective system designed to work in real-world scenarios. And yet, the way it’s taught in private lessons is incredibly accessible and achievable. This is the best studio and system that you could find anywhere in or out of Lexington. All the instructors are knowledgable, encouraging, and realistic about what self-defense is and how it's used.I always feel comfortable and competent in and out of lessons because of how well the material is taught.
