Renae is the best personal trainer I have ever had. She custom tailors each session to where you are in your fitness journey--- and keeps things interesting with ever changing workouts. The stretching she offers as part of the program really makes for a well rounded workout. An added bonus is that Renae's emotional intelligence is high which makes her a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing experience that was different in a positive way from massage, Pilates and physical therapy all of which I have experienced. Renae is a real professional and helped educate as she stretched me. I will be going back and have told my wife about it as well.

Renae is a wonderful trainer who listens to your goals and plans a fun yet challenging workout to help you reach them! I found her business a year ago and came to her with very specific strength training needs, and she has helped me get stronger and has easily adapted our sessions as my needs have changed. I’ve gotten stronger, my energy levels have improved, and I genuinely love our sessions! Additionally, her expertise in facial stretch therapy has helped release tension from stress and tight muscles. I’d recommend Renae to anyone!

I had no idea that someone moving your arms, legs, hands, feet.. could make such a difference in your movement. It's not painful but just enough of the right strength. I just relax and let her do all the work. It's what my body needs. Renae is trained to do it right and that is what she does. So Worth It!

If you are looking for someone that specializes in personal training AND recovery - look no further. Renae is a one stop shop and an expert in movement. After just my first fascial stretch session with Renae, I knew this was a practice I needed regularly as both corrective and preventative maintenance. I appreciate her attention to detail as she has helped me to perfect my form when lifting as well. I am stronger and healthier because of the knowledge she has provided me during our sessions.

I highly recommend a Stretch Therapy session with Renae. As someone who normally works out at least once per day, these sessions still provide significant improvement in my mobility. Renae is awesome at what she does and gives you excellent feedback and advice during the stretching as to how she sees your body responding. Please check it out at least once!!

Renae is an amazing fitness coach! I work with her online via an app on my phone. She created multiple weekly workouts for me and changed them as I get stronger and more flexible. Each exercise has a video of Renae showing the correct form. Really a wonderful way to workout at home!!! I highly recommend her as a coach!

Renae is very knowledgeable about how the body works and what is necessary to start her clients on a path to achieve their goals. She has also outlined an at home workout for me to target specific areas that I would like to reshape. It is very thorough and easy to follow.
