A great gym in a great location! If you want somewhere that’s a real community gym (locally owned, not a big chain) with a good variety of training options (machines, free weights, sleds, cardio, barbells, GHD machine, saunas, etc) then definitely check it out 💪

I love this gym! It’s small enough that I never have to fight for equipment, but still has everything I need for a full workout. The atmosphere is friendly, and the personal trainers actually care (and somehow remember exactly how many reps you owe them). My trainer also happens to own the place, which means he’s both encouraging and slightly relentless—because apparently “just one more” never actually means one. Highly recommend!

Great gym overall, anything you need is there. Sauna is just a bonus! I usually went right after work 2-3am and 1 or 2 people there. But no where during that time did I feel uncomfortable.
10/10 gym!

I am from out of town and I had a small window to work out before I was back on the road again. I called 8 other gyms on this holiday weekend: everyone of them just continued to ring, with one exception, Lex Fitness.
I called and was was immediately greeted by the owner, Lex. He confirmed that his gym was 24 hours and walked me through how to get in once payment was received. I ran into a few issues and he was more than happy to help me with my ignorance in dealing with these door systems to get into the gym.
All in all it was a great experience and when I do pass by again in Lexington I now know I have a great place to work out in.

It’s a beautiful gym, I love the racks that they have there . The people there is friendly and focused on get in better shape, supporting each other. I enjoy the sauna as well, I think for the winter time it was a relieve.

Best gym in Lexington. No matter what style of workout your looking for crossfit, bodybuilding, whatever. This place has all the equipment you need. Always clean and never to crowded. If your looking for a gym I would highly recommend giving lexfitness a try.

Jeff (the owner) terminated my membership due to high school kids being immature. I’m a UKY student who didn’t do anything wrong and wanted to have a nice private gym to myself. He claimed he had video proof of myself misbehaving in the gym. I asked to see the video evidence knowingly I was not in the wrong and he couldn’t provide proof. Guy is a fraud just wanted his trainers to be paid by getting older clientele rather than college kids like me who don’t need a fitness instructor. He never gave a warning or phone call to myself about any problems. He simply left a text saying I was terminated. He is notorious for defamation of character, robbery, and discrimination against age. Jeff has still yet to refund me for the month of membership that he owes me and said he would pay me. Definitely don’t recommend this gym unless you want to be kicked out for no reason. Jeff buddy if you reading this. Send me videos of me acting up in the gym and I’d be glad to delete this post. Till then lex fitness will continue to build up debt and succumb as a business

Great locally owned gym that has practically everything you need/want for your workouts (+ multiple training options). It is always very clean, organized and everyone is very friendly (especially the owner!!). Would definitely recommend!!
