I have been going to this yoga place for a while now and there is so much stamina at the front end and relaxation and the back end of every session. I love it. I really need it too for a specific health issue that struggle with. My flexibility has been improving every week!

This studio is located in an awesome building off of Mellwood Avenue. After yoga you can shop, eat or get your cardio in at this hidden gem. Located on the second floor of the main building you will find LOKAH YOGA. The teacher is great. You can be anywhere from an expert to a beginner in yoga with Dorothy. She offers a variety of classes including 6am and evening sessions. I definitely recommend healing yourself with LOKAH YOGA ❤️🎁🙌

Literally had an amazing experience, went on Saturday the room was calm, clean and peaceful. I love the intimate size of the class. The instructor made me feel very comfortable being a beginner ! The location was beautiful I walk around after and enjoy a day of art . Would highly recommend to any and everyone !

This was my 1st yoga class ever. Dorthy made me feel very comfortable. The whole venue was cool. Learning to sync the breathing with the poses was invigorating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
