I had an awesome experience at MADabolic Lexington last week! I dropped in for a workout on Friday, and from the moment I walked in, Coach Alvin was incredibly welcoming. The workout itself was intense and a great calorie burner. The facility was spotless, well-organized, and had a great vibe. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a structured, high-energy workout. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town visiting family!

I was in town and randomly drove by this gym. I was immediately intrigued by the logo, looked it up and was impressed by the facility. The first class was free and I thought I’d give it a shot considering my limited time in Lexington and to switch things up. The facilities were great, they had high quality equipment, it felt well ventilated during the workout and most importantly it felt very clean.
Our instructor Joshua did a great job demonstrating the exercises, motivating the group, and making people feel welcome. The workout was very challenging but at the same time, one of the safest ones I’ve ever done in a group class. If people are in Lexington and want to get a good workout in, I’d highly recommend MADabolic!
I’ll definitely stop by again next time I’m in Lexington!

I love MADabolic Lexington! I have always wanted to get stronger. This gym has given me the space and support to do just that! In 15 classes, I have seen results..physically and athletically. I’m grateful for the community that Madabolic has created for me. The coaches are top notch!!! They not only encourage me, critique me for safety, but they workout along side me! Which I admire! Ummm I will remember to check my ego at the door when I walk into this studio. The workout is very humbling. MADabolic's instructors, including Mariah with her energizing playlists and Jon's supportive coaching, truly uplift and personalize each workout!
One request I have is for MADabolic to consider a partnership with ClassPass. Such a collaboration could profoundly transform the financial accessibility of these workouts, making it easier for individuals like myself to incorporate MADabolic sessions into our schedules. Great workout, and the coaches were awesome. Gave great tips on my form, very motivational, but not too overbearing. The concept seems backed in quite a bit of exercise science, which made the workouts tough but functional (and fun!)
I have exercised quite a bit in my past, but life has taken me in a different direction recently. The entire team (staff, coaches and other members) were very warm, welcoming and willing to meet me where I was physically, and at no point did I feel out of place.
Can’t speak highly enough of my entire experience, which I think will be a great addition to Lexington!

The staff are super friendly and helpful and I honestly had a great time, it’s such a cool way to workout in a class and always be perfectly challenged. This is coming from a guy who’s pretty new to my fitness journey!
One of the things I really like is that while we were doing our workouts there was always someone around to help my form and kinda show me how the movement is supposed to look/feel.
Another cool thing that’s pretty unique is the pacing, there’s a system they use that focuses on different intensities and intervals throughout different days. It keeps things interesting and helped me get the most out of all the different exercises.
I definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re interested, I’m hooked!!!

Second time here. Had a great workout. Fast paced moving across multiple exercises. You can pick from different levels of weights. People can get a great workout at every level. Fun atmosphere, great music and friendly and engaging staff. Brand new beautiful facilities- clean restrooms and great storage. Great area of town - can stop afterwards at distillery district for food and drinks. I will definitely be back.
