If you are someone who wants to be a more confident, happier, healthier, and stronger version of you, but don't quite know where to start comes to fitness and nutrition, that's where I come in. I know we would make a great team- nothing would stop us! Team work makes the dream work.

Maddie is absolutely the most energetic and fun personal trainer u will ever meet. After covid I had gained a significant amount of weight and couldn’t run 100 yards without throwing up. She not only taught me how to properly exercise and fuel my body but also got me into the best shape of my life. I’m now training for a marathon and have increased my strength multiple times over.
If u hate exercising but do not like your body, go to Maddie and she will teach and guide you with extreme passion and care.

I started working out with Maddie almost 2 years ago now. I had only ever done cardio for workouts and had never lifted weights before. I was looking to find a trainer who would not only motivate me but someone who would hold be accountable and make me feel comfortable when trying new things. Starting with Madfit has been one of the best things I’ve done for my physical and mental health. It is never too late to start loving yourself and Maddie is here to help! No matter your age or current exercise/nutrition routine, Maddie will help you meet your goals in an easy to follow, well set up plan made just for you. Even if I wasn’t her sister I’d give her 5 stars because Maddie actually does COOL / DIFFERENT things that no one else is doing. Does she challenge you? Yes!
