Went by around noon to see about joining, doors were locked. A lady was coming down the sidewalk in workout clothes and said the doors shouldn't be locked. Someone inside noticed us and opened the door. She said apparently no one was staffing at that moment and I should come back later. So I called at 3pm. Phone rang about ten times with no answer, stopped ringing no message or chance to leave voicemail. Still don't know

Absolutely love this gym, it’s very spacious with the equipment being in its own sections, the people there are absolutely amazing I’ve had many times where I couldn’t figure something out and a fellow gym member came to help me!

I had a pretty negative experience. For the most part my time at the gym has been very pleasant. The staff were usually very friendly until I asked about employment. I was told that I would not be able to be employed because I’m a male I was then fortunately removed from the premises by police officer in retaliation. Rachel and Sarah were both very uncooperative when I requested a phone call to discuss the matter and they refused to talk to me. Litigation will likely be initiated

Just got a membership at the Mayfield Mega Gym, the lady at the front desk was very friendly. They have discounts for Military, Police, and other first responders. Highly recommend.

Mega gym in Mayfield is awful. The manager will scream at your children. I asking Graves County Sherriff to release the video. The owners are absolutely no help at all.

We love mega gym! It’s very nice, very clean, and offers so much. Sarah is absolutely the best gym manager who goes above & beyond for everyone! She is so sweet and so kind. Ella in kids club is also fantastic! She takes such great care of my babies during my workouts and I never have to worry about them in her care! They have so much fun and we all love her.

Ive been a proud member of Mega Gym Mayfield for over 5 years now! The facility along with the other locations are the finest in the area, along with the staff being excellent at customer service and care! The owners take pride in their gyms and in the staff they have represent them! I am a proud member!

mediocre gym, they wasted half the space on treadmills that never get used. at least 1 machine is not working or “receiving maintenance” for over a month at a time. awful front desk staff, any billing issues will get you countless spam calls that are just recordings. overpriced for the mediocre space and equipment, not including the fees and hassle of managing/cancelling your membership. would not recommend to anyone beyond entry level in their fitness journey.

edit: just received a phone call from a different manager after posting this negative review with them essentially trying to pay me to remove the negative review, with a late fee refund. i believe i was told the fee was already waived when i went in to pay earlier today. regardless, i denied the offer, as i would not recommend this gym to any friend/family.

Equipment stays broken. They charge a quarterly fee for maintenance but don't fix anything and They charge more than any other gym membership in the area. You would think with their profits they would have enough for upkeep.
