Mid-City is a great gym with wonderful hard working atmosphere. The equipment is cutting edge and state-of-art quality. Mid-City is a family oriented facility as well. Everyone is very respectful and aware of gym etiquette. You're not going to get the hassles that you have from public gyms where people don't know what they're doing and constantly hold up equipment. Members treat everyone with respect and don't interfere with workouts by idle talking or hanging around.

Eli and Annie are top notch people! Eli is highly educated, experience, and respected in field of fitness. Both Annie and Eli strive to equip the gym with quality equipment, lifestyle fitness, and nutrition programs. Their goal is to see everyone succeed!
