Mighty Mammal Fitness is a personal training service focused on helping you achieve all your unique fitness goals. All levels are welcome! MMF was founded by a lifelong Type 1 Diabetic and is uniquely suited to help those suffering with diabetes to better manage their condition. Areas of expertise include general strength and conditioning, powerlifting, kettlebell sport, flexibility, mobility conditioning, and mindful movement. In addition to one on one personal training, customized exercise programming, remote/virtual sessions, small group sessions, and diabetes coaching are all offered!

Zach is the smartest trainer I ever came across. He is truly knowledgeable and knows how to craft plans no matter your goal. He also is amazing at adapting to you if injured or life gets in the way while always getting you back on track. Zach is absolutely amazing as a trainer. He listens to clients and doesn’t push on areas that I don’t want to address, and helps to address the areas I do want to work on. Training sessions are an area where I would normally feel anxiety, but I feel absolutely calm. We’ve been working together for over a year and I don’t have any intentions of stopping anytime soon! Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

He deserves 100 times the 5 stars you can give! My personal relationship with Zack dates back to high school. As far as I can remember he’s always had a passion for helping others and making them their best selfs.
My fitness journey began years ago and Zack’s been there to coach and push me through my own mental blocks. I would have never in a million years believed I would be deadlifting the weight I am. But because of his knowledge and expertise I’ve never felt more confident in what I’m doing. His coaching is helping me get stronger postpartum. I feel like a stronger more badass momma. Lol.
So, if you’re looking to feel better, learn new things about fitness and yourself, and have some laughs along the way then I would contact Zack ASAP.

Zack was highly recommended to me when I first began to look into the gym and how to use all the equipment within as I was coming in with little to no experience. The amount of knowledge he possesses on various techniques, their proper forms, and the how/why your body is reacting to the workout is astounding. The thought and effort put into each one-on-one sessions and weekly planning further illustrate not only how much he knows, but also how closely he's monitoring me and the progress I'm making. I can tell he takes the time to ensure I'm being met with appropriate challenges, to the point I've seen significant progress in what I'm able to handle since I started working with him.
On top of it all, Zack's personality makes him fun to be around. I've always felt welcomed and he knows when to crack a joke or psych me up for the next set. I can't recommend him enough!

I have been doing a one hour session once a week with Zack for about 9 months. I'm 71 years old and I'm trying to maintain my muscle mass and fitness. Zack has done a fantastic job improving my core strength, knee function and general fitness. He is very knowledgeable about fitness in general and about proper exercises and form. In addition to being a fantastic trainer, he also has a great personality. It is a joy to spend an hour with him once a week. I highly recommend him for fitness training for individuals at any age and level of fitness.
