A great gym for UK employees (and their spouses). They have all the normal equipment of a big gym. Usually not crowded and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

If you are a UK employee (or spouse of an employee) and want to work out, you CANNOT beat the price! All the equipment of the larger gyms. Only complaint is the parking, but it is an on campus location, so it is what it is.

They have everything you need, helpful staff and the best showers and locker room. Each shower has it's own private dressing area. I depend on these showers as I have to work after going to the gym.

I am such a fan of this gym! They have all the essentials and more! It's off in the cut with easily accessible parking for permits and non permits. They open the bay doors if it's nice outside. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

I cannot give more than 2 stars because every time I go to work out using the machines, there are 2-3 people using the weight machines banging them constantly. It is painful to my ears and makes listening to my audiobooks very difficult. I wish they could either cushion the weights so they dont slam or offer a time everyday in which the machines cant be used.

As a faculty member I only pay $7 a month and the membership is easily worth membership fees of $80 and $90 at other local gyms. Gym is up-to-date clean and has a nice ( but small) locker room with showers.

Always super clean and has great bathroom/shower facilities. The gym itself is pretty small so if you go during rush hour (around 5 PM) alot of the machines are taken and you have to dodge around other people working out as well. The staff there is super helpful and knowledgable about how to use the machine and what workouts will help you out.
