This is the best money I've ever spent on my kids. It's been a consistent, year-round activity that gets their energy out while developing their skills. They've made friends. I've made friends. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The company did not provide everything that was included in the Grand birthday party package I paid for. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, they have done nothing to correct their mistakes. I’ve now been ignored via text and email for over a month with no resolution.
This is unacceptable customer service. If you’re considering hosting a party here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If you don’t receive everything you paid for, they will refuse to make things right. Save yourself the stress and money!

Went there for a 2nd birthday party and the kids had a blast. With tiny kiddos it's organized chaos like herding cats but the staff was amazing, the kids had fun, and it was clean. Great place for a toddler birthday.

We have loved our membership to My Gym! My daughter (currently almost 2 years old) always enjoys classes.
I love that it’s a mix of free play and structure. The circle times to start and end the class are not only adorable, but beneficial to the kids.
It’s also great that the class changes a bit each week with different adventures, songs, etc.
Each of the instructors are also amazing.
HIGHLY recommend.

We love my gym! I’ve taken my daughter to different toddler play gyms in the area and my gym is by far the best! We’ve been members over a year and have gone through tiny tykes, waddlers and gymsters and have loved every class and all the staff. As soon as we pull in the parking lot my 2 year old claps her hands and says yay Mr. Bill!

My 9 month old son and I attended their Tiny Tykes class for the first time and it was so cute! I am super glad we came. They had singing, games, swings, and even this really cool zipline swing! My baby is very shy and cried a little, but they were super sweet with him. We definitely plan to come back!

Attended a birthday on Jan 28, 2024. Restrooms were dirty, no soap. No decorations or utentials
when we arrived to the party. These items were included in the party package purchased.One restroom located in the back and you couldn't have your shoes on. This is unsanitary.Young female staff had poor attitude. I don't recommend doing a party at this location.

Very age-appropriate gym training for small kids wearing socks. It's movement and coordination training, not formal gymnastics. Staff is energetic and entertaining. Music is played during sessions. Adults are simultaneously allowed on floor. My several grandkids have all loved it for years.

We rented the space on a Sunday morning for our 3 y.o.'s birthday party. They decorated it to suit her current tastes (Paw Patrol!) and provided cups, plates, etc. We opted to bring our own food, drink and cake, which was not a problem, but they also provide that for a fee. The layout is great, offering many activities for kids to run, jump, and generally burn off energy; a staff member was there to facilitate the event. Overall, it was a great experience and our daughter and her friends had so much fun! We have not attended any classes there yet, but absolutely will.

Not a bad place for birthday parties but wouldn't recommend for young kids during ninja training. There was some wilder older kids that were very aggressive towards some of the other kids. Another parent left out of concern for her small child. The age group needs to be reevaluated.

I had my son's 4th birthday party here and can't possibly imagine anything better! The party package is comparable in pricing to other locations BUT - they do activities with the kids and even get the adults involved that want to be. My son and his friends had so much fun. Going to sleep that night he was all smiles and said he had so much fun at his birthday party place. He wants to go back over and over again. They did an obstacle course, bubbles, zip line, played in a ball pit, climbed the walls (literally), and we had time set aside for pizza, cake, and gifts. The staff organizes the time of the party to make sure everything is done. If you are questioning where to go....this is your place!!!!

Awesome place for young and developing kids. Lots of climbing, swinging, jumping and steps to master. Colorful pads and plenty of open space. We booked for a smaller b-day celebration for one year old and could not have been happier. They even had an indoor zip-line!

My gym is great! Mr. Bill is wonderful and has taught Jace (21 months) so much. We enjoy the activities they set up each week and feel they’re very age appropriate. We love My Gym! We've been going for over 6yrs now. The parent's night out events are so fun for the kids and amazing for us parents. My kids are doing the summer camps right now and having a blast. So glad we have this resource/option for them!

We signed up for a session for our 2 toddlers, who were incredibly excited to go! We drove near half an hour out of our way to get there. When we got there the lights were out and door was locked. I messaged them on Facebook. They were quick to acknowledge there was an error on their end (email confirmations are AUTOMATED and NOT accurate (so do yourselfa favor and always call this place first), but could care less how that effects your family. I get a strong sense of how much our business meant or what the "error" caused for our family this evening, seeing how my name was spelt incorrect in their reply (though it was right above their message), the urgency to reply or even read or acknowledge our reply(they didn't), or the fact that the actual class offered is no where near the time of convenience we selected for us. Guess it wasn't worth having us come in during a different session within our selected time slot to make up for the error seeing how it was an error on their end. Super disappointed and infuriated for my kids today..they literally screamed the whole way home because they were teased with getting to go to your gym. Please fix your email confirmations and in the future show a little bit more compassion by at least trying to make it up.

We started at My Gym Louisville with Mr. Bill when my oldest was 18 months old and continued taking classes for nearly 10 years. We've attended classes for babies, toddler, preschoolers and older kids. We've been to birthday parties there, Parents Nights Outs and open gym. I have never, ever been disappointed or unhappy with any class, activity or staff member! Plus I found them to be very reasonably priced. My kids absolutely loved every experience at My Gym. Mr. Bill and his staff are fun, encouraging, compassionate, and age-appropriate with every level. My oldest had fears about doing a lot of new things. When Mr. Bill finally talked him into doing the zip-line swing (after a year of encouragements!), I literally had tears rolling down my face. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Try them out...you will not be disappointed!!
