Thus far I have enjoyed the Rowing experience. Rowing is low impact yet effective. Pedro's playlist adds to the experience. I've seen and felt results from the eight 45 minutes sessions. I recommend No Limits Rowing (The Rowing Place). Street parking and nearby places to park is an option. The Rowing Place offers live streaming sessions also. Google may say it's on the right hand side of the street. It is located on the left hand side of a one way street. Go ahead. Give it a try!

I was in town for a month and loved that I could drop in and get a 10 Visit card, perfect for my short term visit. I really liked how the workout varied each time I visited and I got help with improving my rowing form. Highly recommend and hope to visit again!

I had tried the rower in my old gym and liked it but didn't know how to do it, really. So I tried No Limits. I love it! Efficient and fun full body workout plus a friendly and highly-knowledgeable instructor/owner. Try it!

Everytime I've gone, I've gotten a fantastic workout. There are people of all shapes, sizes and ages in the class which I think speaks volumes as everyone is welcome and feels comfortable here. The instructor is great at energizing the class really making you work. I've convinced my coworkers to try it out and highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great staff that are very helpful. Always a great workout too. Opportunities to row on the water as well if interested in more than just the rowing machine

After moving to Cincinnati in August, I looked around for a group fitness class to further my weight loss journey. I stumbled across No Limits Rowing on Groupons and decided to give it a try. I'm hooked! Pedro makes each class different and challenges you to your limits. I have learned a lot of techniques from this class that I use while going to the gym on other days throughout the week as well. Pedro is very personable, enthusastic, and a wonderful instructor. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to get fit and doesn't want to do the same thing day in and day out.

It's been few months now. I had been to many places and needless to say most of them were monotonous. Been to Yoga sessions as well. I needed something different, enjoyable and full body workout. I have injuries that had come my way over a period of time due to sports and mainly on my neck, shoulders, lower back and ankle. I used to be a sports person mainly Badminton, athletics, Soccer and Cricket. Each of these injuries had made me curb myself in these sports. Fitness had gone down by 50% atleast. After this Indoor Rowing and Core Workouts, i feel much better on my legs and shoulders. Still more workout needed for my other places though. Am happy with the way things are handled here. Not a single session same as the previous one. Makes use of all equipment and a good motivating crowd as well. Infact, after 3-4 months i did well in a 10K rowing group session relay and a well supporting group i had. No inhibitions. We came on top and i was happy to be part of it and felt good to go back to more than 50% fitness level. Am sure with each passing day i will reach to 90% level. Pedro was very flexible and engaging, never allows me to rest until i get back what i lost. I trust him to get that. Had started personal sessions now with him hoping to improve further. Next goal is Queen City Rowing someday. Thanks.

I couldn't be happier with the indoor rowing classes at No Limits Rowing! I have seen improvements in my health and body I didn't expect: six pack abs, better posture, no winter weight gain, stronger legs and arms, better strength and stamina and no more upper back pain. Pedro is a great instructor, and each workout is different so you don't get bored. The people in the class are like a team and we all encourage each other. I have not been a fan of workout classes in the past, but this one has changed my mind (and life)!

Great workout! Different every class. I was new to indoor rowing last spring and was able to jump right in. New members will have the hang of it after the first class. Pedro's workouts offer a very challenging mix of rowing and other exercises.

I tried rowing as a gift from family and I love it! I am pushing myself to do things I never thought I could. I am healthier, stronger, and my jeans fit better! The instructors make every class different so you never get bored. They always there to help and really make you feel welcome. I've done 23 classes so far and I am definitely going to continue.

I recently completed the Learn to Row program and participate in classes at the rowing place. It is amazing how knowledgeable and patient the instructors are and how quickly you go from complete beginner to feeling comfortable on the water. Within 1 week after graduating learn to row, I competed in my first regatta in Columbus! There is no better experience than to be rowing on the Ohio River at sunrise or sunset! It is the perfect way to energize your day. Pedro and all of the Queen City Rowing team's passion for rowing is contagious. If you join this group of rowers of all ages, you definitely won't regret it!

This class is awesome! When I first started, I lost 7 lbs in 6 classes. It works! I've been rowing for almost a year now and don't intend to quit. It's also fun and a nice break from traditional (boring) exercise. You actually look forward to going!
In terms of difficulty, I was intimidated at first because I didn't know anything about rowing...but there's not much you can do wrong as the machines and instructor guide you and I quickly caught on. Give it a shot! You won't regret it.
