This gym has excellent staff, equipment, and owners. They have a great program to watch our children while we workout. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The pricing is affordable and flexible. I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone. Great place to stay in shape.

DUDE THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! I went with one of my friends dad's once and it feels so amazing just being there, I'm used to places like planet fitness so walking in there just gives me the feeling of actually being in a real gym, the equipment is also really good because there are certain things for so many different exercises, even weighted which I thought was awesome.

Very knock out friendly staff.. i came in as a walk in because i heard and was recommended to try out this gym. I did a couple exercises and was sold on this gym, paul i believe is the owners name, sorry if im wrong, but he did a number at keeping it old school feel worth the 30 min drive to gym... its not a 5 star rating, it just wouldnt let me rate high...

I’ve been going to this gym since they opened and I absolutely love it!!! They have such a wide variety of equipment and everything is always super clean from the gym area to the locker room and sauna. I’ve been to gyms all over the country and the atmosphere here is absolutely unmatched!

If you're looking for a gym with an old school feel and the best equipment this region has ever seen, this is the place! From the bars and dumbbells to the monolifts and racks, benches, you name it...everything is top notch and made in the USA! And there is something for everyone, albeit powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting, or just exercising. I have even seen CrossFit workouts going down in there. It's truly a unique gym with a great atmosphere. I truly can't say enough.

I have been a member of this gym since the day it opened. Paul and Elizabeth are the most selfless people and the atmosphere that they have created at this gym is flawless. The equipment is all arsenal strength, and prime. If you can’t get a good workout in here, you won’t be able to get a good workout in anywhere. I always feel on point when I walk into this gym.
