I’ve trained in the small group sessions for over a year now. It’s a fun, energetic atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to work at their own level and a lot of attention is paid to proper form and safety. Jarrod is well informed about training and we have many interesting and enlightening conversations about nutrition and ideas for a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy it and would highly recommend!

One Fit has been just what I needed to get back on the journey to strong and healthy. I started with one on one training first with Jarrod and now I’m in a group setting. I’ve gained back muscle and lost inches and about 12 pounds. Being in the group holds me to a higher level of accountability plus I’ve met some fantastic people.
