I have hybermobile type Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which can make working out/training a difficulty because too many times I have hurt myself by not realizing my joints were hyperextended and/or off track. I’ve been attending personal training classes from Dana at Vital Motion once a week for about a year and have finally had noticeable results. I always feel safe when I’m working out with Dana! She takes the time to notice the alignment of my body and helps me get back into proper positioning before we continue. I could not be more grateful that I was referred to her care! Highly recommend Vital Motion!!!

I love this gym. Dana and her trainers know their stuff. Super welcoming people, and I have no fear of injury working out here. Since they are so knowledgeable, modifications are not unusual and also welcomed. This is coming from a person with autoimmune arthritis, hernia repair, and torn labrum's.

The best thing I’ve ever done for myself was investing in my physical and mental health at age 53. TFW Louisville is my gym, my second home! A place where every class has a certified Trainer there to help you achieve the goals that are important to you. At 57 I’ve lost 103 pounds. I feel strong, empowered with the belief I can do anything I choose to do. Heck, I want to be able to get up and down off the floor with ease and I can do all of that and more! TFW is a wonderful environment full of positivity, encouragement, and good health. I enjoy being there and I recommend it to anyone!
