I love OTF. We have moved a couple of times but I have always found myself back at an OTF gym the last 8 years. They’ve always helped me with my personal physical and mental fitness goals pre-, during, and post- pregnancy. At this particular studio, love my guy Adam who is not afraid to hit us with the loud music to get me through those tough runs and exercises!
Great mix of strength and cardio. Also love that they offer 5 am workouts for us 8 am workers!

The entire Lexington OTF team is awesome, but I especially love classes here with Alli! She is always very clear with her instructions, but she’s also very patient and willing to help when I have trouble (which happens a lot for a newbie like me). I never feel pressured to lift heavier or run faster, but she encourages me to show up for myself and offers motivation when I’m starting to give up.

The music is good, the facilities are clean, and the staff is great! We always wipe up our equipment after using it, and the workout room always smells surprisingly fresh. There are plenty of lockers and clean bathrooms & showers available too!

Orange Theory has been a great experience for me. The structure and coaching is what I needed to get myself into shape after having two kids and generally not being happy with my fitness. I needed a change so I joined again after many years. The format is varied enough that I don’t get bored and I workout different muscle groups each class. The coaches have been encouraging and helpful, while also respectful of my journey. They also push me to be better, faster, and stronger in class. Shout out to Alli, Sumo and Audrey at The Summit!
I very much recommend OT to anyone looking for a structured full body workout that pushes you each class.

I joined Orangetheory two months ago because I was in a fitness rut. My old routine wasn't cutting it anymore and I needed to be challenged. I have not been disappointed. I've been going 3 to 4 times per week, and I'm already feeling fitter and more energized. My coaches—Alli, Audrey, and Sumo—are all great. The exercises are varied and challenging but you also have plenty of freedom to choose an intensity level you're comfortable with. I have been a member for a couple of years. I started with 4 classes a month and it didn’t take long to upgrade to unlimited. I love the different workout each day which can be tailored to your fitness goals. If you want strength classes they have that, if you want a little strength and cardio you can do that. I have met several amazing people, found a good crew to workout with and met some amazing coaches. If you like to get at it early in the morning you will meet the one and only coach Shayla who will keep you motivated and push you to better yourself. I absolutely love what OTF has done for me.

I've been with OTF for several years. I left for a short time, for what I thought were greener pastures. I quickly learned that I made a big mistake and came back a few months later and never looked back.
If you want to focus on strength, do it. If you want to focus on cardio, do it. It's your workout!!
It greatly helps that there are kickass coaches like Shayla in the early morning hours to help you get moving, even though it's the last thing I want to do.

I signed up for an intro class at this Orangetheory location after a referral from a friend. I arrived exactly at 10am for a 10:15 class, due to a call that ran until then. My friend had a similar experience the day before and was still allowed to participate, so I didn’t expect an issue.

Unfortunately, the front desk staff (Maddy) refused to let me take the class because I didn’t arrive 30 minutes early—despite the studio being empty and me being completely ready to jump in. I explained that I’ve done HIIT workouts before and asked if she could make an exception. She flatly said no, showed no willingness to help, and made no effort to be understanding or flexible.

I completely understand policy, but when there’s no one else around and no real reason not to let someone join, it becomes about attitude and customer experience—and this experience was unwelcoming, rigid, and disappointing.

I’ve been going to Orange Theory at the Summit and the Fountains for years and absolutely love it!! Every day it’s a new workout so it keeps it from getting boring, targeting different muscle groups every time. The coaches are motivating and there to make corrections on the weight floor as needed. I hated running but because of the coaches and varied workouts, I’ve went from a power walker to a runner and actually enjoy it. Even my 15 year old daughter comes one day a week with me now. She’s a swimmer and loves the rowing!

I first started Orange Theory 6 years ago and fell in love with the structure of the classes. I moved too far from the gym and have been able to rejoin at the Summit this past month. It’s the most efficient exercise program I’ve ever done. I love that I can come in, burn 500 calories, and be out in 60 minutes. But most importantly, the PEOPLE who coach and run our local Orange Theory are incredible. 6 years ago, I didn’t know what I was doing and I felt so empowered and excited to show up to the gym. Love OTF! The workouts are challenging but appeal to varying levels of athleticism. Love Orange Theory!! The workout is pre-designed for you so you just show up and follow instructions. Never the same workout twice so it’s never boring. Coaches are fun, helpful and very motivational. The gym builds in various challenges into the workout periodically so you can track your progress as well as providing optional programs to help you reach your fitness goals. I am a person who needs accountability so my membership pushes me to go at least twice a week. Everyone in class is going at their own pace and intensity level, so you never feel like you’re competing. The coaches suggest options if a particular exercise is too hard and you have your choice of walking or running at whatever speed you feel is doable. It’s a great place to begin a fitness journey at ANY stage.

If like me all you want to do is lay on your couch, watch tv, and stuff your pie hole with Oreos, this is not the place for you.

The front desk staff is super nice and inviting. Even as an introvert they don’t make me feel uncomfortable enough to stay away.

The preplanned workouts change constantly, they’re actually fun, and hit muscles I obviously was missing working out on my own because I hurt in unique and fascinating ways. I can’t procrastinate my workouts away anymore with the set class times and boom boom boom I knock it all out before I can even convince myself to eat a Twinkie instead.

The coaches are all great and never let me get away with slacking off or poor form. Even when I try to hurt myself doing something stupid so I can ditch some classes they’re like nope, do it like this Brad, you’re gonna hurt yourself. 😑

Hour long workouts feel like twenty minutes. I consistently burn 700-900 calories, sweat buckets, and enjoy it. I’m in better shape than I have been in years. I even make new friends in class and now have almost no free time to walrus around and slap my blubber, nor any blubber left to slap. Very annoying.

I love the support the coaches give you, the variety of workouts that keep you ever being bored, having full workouts planned for you so I don’t have to think I just show up and I am guaranteed an amazing workout, being pushed to my fullest potential, different foci of the workouts to work and focus on different aspects of health and fitness in the body ex. Power/strength/ESP. The overall environment where everyone is pushing themselves, makes you want to push yourself harder. Being in a community with similar goals with people that congratulate you when you hit yours. The music that the coaches choose to get you moving and motivated to push. If you’ve never done OTF then you wouldn’t understand, it’s just different in the best possible way. In the past I’ve done other group fitness classes, I’ve tried to navigate weight rooms alone, and I’ve punished myself with cardio, but OTF is a healing workout the encouragement from the coaches/staff/members isn’t found in the usual group fitness environment, the coaches make the weight floor easy they explain moves well and what it is doing for the muscle groups and motivate you to lift heavy, and the cardio make you want to push yourself not punish. OTF healed my relationship with fitness and brought a new joy to exercise that I hadn’t had since playing high school and college soccer.

I have bounced between different gyms and exercises for years, but I really and truly love OTF. The first class I had was comfortable, supportive, and fun. They encouraged me to take rest days between class-- something I have never ever heard from any other fitness group, and actively encourage me to challenge myself against myself. Let me be the first to tell you that this place CAN be intimidating, but is ABSOLUTELY NOT. I rejoined OTF after a year + hiatus after getting pregnant with my daughter and joined back nearly 2 months ago. I’m so glad I did it. The community here is unmatched. My FAVORITE coach is Alli who makes sure I know how to progress with my goals in mind. This isn’t just a place to get healthy physically but also mentally. The studio manager Paige encouraged me to come back, but wasn’t pushy at all and made sure I had all of the information I needed to make a well informed decision. I’m a regular now and always excited to take class! Come check us out! I hope to be sweating with you and going “all out” next to you soon!

I joined this overpriced place and after I signed and paid they told me it would be an additional $5 a day to use the heart monitor. This would be $150 if I went every day making it $300 a month. I'm loving Orange Theory. The structured classes keep me motivated, and the high-energy music adds that extra push. The instructors are fantastic guides, making every session enjoyable. The rowers with digital stat screens are a great feature, and the variety of exercises across stations keeps things fresh. Highly recommended for a fun and effective workout.

I looked in the mirror with disappointment for the last time! My mind and body had become so out of shape. How could I have let that happened? At that moment I knew I had to take control. I called my strength coach daughter in Colorado and asked for help. She suggested Orangetheory Fitness and said the total body work out would change my metabolism, increase energy and guarantee weight loss. I was in!!!
My first class was great! The combination of rowing, treadmill and strength training made for a hard and fulfilling workout. I liked how your progress is tracked. Coach Alli was energetic, knowledgeable and encouraging without making you feel bad about yourself! Working out with others doing the same thing as you helped to not give up.

I was very hesitant on going to my first class. Group fitness classes always made me nervous and a little uncomfortable. That was not my experience at all. I LOVED IT! During the class your instructor keeps you the full hour you are there. You're so busy breaking a sweat that the people around you is the less of the concerns. I also love the class so much because during your workout you wear a heart monitor. The reading of your heart monitor is displayed on a TV screen during your workout, allow with everyone else in the class. This was nice because it made me more competitive and want to do my best. I will definitely be back again.

First off, being a first-timer, everyone I interacted with was super nice, friendly, and welcoming! Made me feel comfortable right away. I loved the workout mainly because it took the guess work out of it for me and I knew I was getting an all-around total body workout. There was a plan, an instructor telling you when and how to make your next move, and real-time results showing you how your body was responding to the "push". I signed up and became a member right after my first class, with Coach Bailey. I'm excited and looking forward to a body transformation, and hoping for no injury along the way. Definitely planning on recruiting some friends to the OTF family!
