We joined this gym six months ago, and our experience has been incredibly positive. The gym has easy access, and there are always friendly staff members at the desk to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. The members and owner are incredibly welcoming, and we’ve noticed a lot of hard work and dedication to making the gym even better.

Last to mention, the gym is always clean and spotless!

I really want to love Owen County Fitness and support local business, but unfortunately, my experience has been consistently frustrating. Every time I come into town, I try to set up a guest visit, but getting in touch with someone is incredibly difficult. Even in the past when I was eventually able to get set up as a guest member, the app wouldn't work properly and wouldn't let me into the building. So I either hear nothing back or pay and still can't get in.

I'm sad to write this review, as I know negative reviews can hurt small businesses, and I genuinely want to support local. I would be more than happy to communicate directly with the business instead of posting a public review, but that would require someone actually responding.

I genuinely appreciate what this gym offers to the community and would love to keep supporting it, but the lack of communication and tech issues make it very hard to do so. I hope improvements will be made in the future!

I have just cancelled my membership for the second time for the same reason: Tanning beds are too often not working. My husband tried to ride the recumbent bike; the screen on one is broken and a pedal is missing from a second one. Staffed hours are pitifully few and response is slow.
