My husband and I have been members of this facility off and on for several years. We've scheduled birthday parties for our children, attended parties for other childen, and attended play dates sponsored by our church. In every interaction with owners and staff members, the expectations for setup and payment were always clear and every experience was identical to all previous regardless of who booked the party or supervised and cleaned up. All owners and employees have always been helpful and welcoming.

I went here because it's not Planet Fitness and it's not across town. It's a small, dark little place and if a piece of equipment is broken it will stay broken for the conceivable future. My main issue is the staff. The way I dress is a little unique. Floral tank top, shorts, and an octopus mask because it makes me less anxious and more confident. Told me I couldn't wear it but every day at 4pm is about 8 people shirts off, yelling at each other for one more rep. I never bother anyone. I dress how I want, talk to no one, and leave.

It's a small gym with a local owner. Their equipment is friendly for a body builder and/or average Joe wanting to get in shape. They are truly open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I love my gym.
My daughter also loves her gymnastics trainers. She is 7 and has been going to Owensboro Gymnastics for 3 years. They have helped her develop her skills so much as well as build strong muscles and balance. No matter the other sports she plays, we'll always try to keep her in Owensboro Gymnastics as well because it's so good for her.

Love the gym and sauna. Plenty of equipment and never over crowded. Staff cleans the entire gym several times a day, including mopping. Locally owned and operated!

We we're shorted 8 days on our monthly membership. We paid on the 5th of April and we're locked out the 27th of April. I basically felt robbed. Management didn't seem to care.
