I owe a lot of my health to peak fitness to helping me reach my goals. The expertise from my trainer Drew has allowed me to reach my goals after experiencing one of the life changing situations for my life. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and needed to 180 my life and health choices. Peak fitness helped me reversed my diabetes, pushing myself to achieving my goal of losing 30 pounds and educating on my diet. In reality I lost 40 pounds thanks to my regiment with Drew and Peak fitness. Workouts are tough but are fun and engaging. Drew is not afraid to push ya to your limits but still safely monitor you in a safe environment.

I have not worked out seriously for a long time and am loving working with Drew. I've now been working with him for a little over a year and I love it. It was hard (especially at first), but I look forward to my sessions, I've learned a lot and am so much stronger than I was before I began. Drew personalizes the workouts and makes sure you are challenged, without going overboard. He is a great guy and a true professional. Our sessions are always hard, but they involve great workouts and enjoyable conversations. I would highly recommend him for anyone wanting to get into shape, at any age. Andrew is professional, encouraging, and results driven. His sessions are private and he works with you one on one. It’s a very convenient location In the heart of St Matthews. He will get you to your goal in 1-2 months if you're dedicated and consistent. He makes sure to teach good form and he always incorporates movements that aren’t your typical exercises you see online. My daughter has been working with Drew for almost a year. She was hesitant to start a personal training program, but we encouraged her to just try it once and then she could decide; One session and she was hooked. Drew has shown her what she is capable of. This place is not an average gym or your local Planet Fitness. That's what Andrew told me when I first walked into Peak Fitness. Be prepared to workout until you're too tired to sweat, too wasted to breathe. Drew's workout are tough but they are meant to give you gradual, sustainable, and natural results. Don't expect to be Arnold Schwarzenegger after one day. If you put the work in and show up every week, I guarantee you will walk out of here a stronger, fitter, healthier person than you were yesterday. I started with Andrew in the summer of last year and still continue to meet with him twice a week. After gyms opened back up in June I decided I wanted to add something different and was recommended him on Reddit. I stopped by and he explained his background with being a college athlete and schooling and trusted he wasn’t a trainer with an “online certificate”. I felt I could trust his method and I wouldn’t just be throwing my money away or wasting time. He has been EXTREMELY flexible with Covid/traveling/work schedule and if I’ve needed to cancel and come in at a different time. He has kept me accountable and calls me out when my workout efforts or eating/drinking are slacking. He reminds me why I first started with him and things I mentioned I want to achieve. He is my trainer but also gives me the tough love I never want to but need to hear. His workouts are never the same and continues to challenge me each time I see him. I know a few friends who have personal trainers and have hurt themselves during their workouts. I have been sore from workouts but never injured since he watches the movements be done and will stop and correct my technique so I don’t become injured. I highly recommend him to anyone looking.
