I can’t say enough great things about this gym and my amazing trainer, Matilda! From day one, she made me feel welcomed, motivated, and supported in my fitness journey. Her expertise, encouragement, and personalized training plans have helped me push past limits I never thought I could.

The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has an uplifting atmosphere that keeps me excited to come back. But what truly sets it apart is the dedication and passion of the trainers—especially Matilda. She knows exactly when to challenge me and when to adjust workouts to fit my needs, always keeping things fun and effective.

Performance House is the place to go! I have been working with Ryan Atkinson (Personal Trainer) for over two years now and have had nothing but a positive experience. I have never felt so strong in my life. I came to him with constant injuries (low back pain/ankle pain) and with his programming over time, I no longer have these issues. He has honestly transformed my form and the way I work out now. The gym is very open and well equipped. The group classes are also great as well! You can't go wrong with signing up here!!

Performance House is THE BEST. Ive been doing group classes here for about a year. The max class size is 10 but it's usually 4-6 people in a class so you still get individual attention and a great work out. There are also small group classes and individual personal training. All the instructors have their own styles, but the one thing they have in common is they are all awesome to work with! I look forward to my sessions and I have met some great people since joining which makes me want to keep going that much more. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new place to work out to give PH a shot.

The BEST gym! I’ve been attending the group classes for about a year now & absolutely love it. All the trainers are knowledgeable & energetic and encourage me to do my best. I recommend this gym. The group classes are smaller so it ends up feeling like you are working one on one with a personal trainer. They are good about correcting your form and encouraging you to do more. I’m getting more out of these group classes than I would if I had a cheap membership at planet fitness or crunch.

I have been training at Performance House for nearly two years and I can’t say enough about the group workout classes at this gym. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, always pushing us to reach our personal best while also ensuring that we feel comfortable with what we are doing. Their passion for fitness is infectious, making every session both challenging and enjoyable. Ryan and his team provide an excellent environment for all stages from coach potato to accomplished athlete. Where most of us are focused on weight loss or body shaping. Performance House is focused on technique, functional mobility and strength, it was a different approach, a paradigm shift for me. In both group and personal training classes my progress has been more athletic, I feel more like the younger me. Regardless of the trainer classes are intense, comprehensive, friendly and fun. They allowed me to try out a couple of classes first and I was hooked. It’s more than worth a try. PH has my highest endorsement.

Ryan is the best trainer you'll find! PH is very welcoming. I've always felt safe while being pushed to my physical limits. After being at PH for 3 years, I feel stronger and more capable than ever. My husband also started training with Ryan and has seen amazing athletic improvements after a knee surgery. PH has a sauna, group fitness classes with other incredible trainers, an amazing Registered Dietician, and Ryan who brings it all together. I'm so thankful for this place!

I started training at Performance House because I wanted to challenge myself and improve my overall fitness. After I met Ryan, I knew I made the right choice.

He asked me what my goals were, what style of training I’ve done before this, and helped me find strengths and weaknesses in my overall fitness. Each workout is tailor made to me and my needs and I truly feel like I am getting better every day. Ryan is an excellent motivator and he keeps me locked in throughout the workout.

Ryan with Performance House is the best trainer I have ever come across. He is extremely intentional with his programming and exercise choices he chooses. They're all very specific to your goals, your pain points, and your style. He's creative and thorough and since seeing Ryan, it's the best I have ever felt; both physical movement and strength/power and knowledge behind why and what I'm doing. I came into Ryan with some hip issues that get encouraged with running (that I still continue to do) and he has helped me control the issue through breath + mobility; inside and outside of his facility. The knowledge he extends is quite remarkable and he makes training with him a must. I highly recommend you tap into Ryan and his training; its something you will not regret, nor get anywhere else.

I have been training with Johnny for over 2 years in different gyms. Now that he has opened his own training facility I can only encourage everyone to try it out! Johnny has helped me continue to achieve my training goals while helping me recover from and work around injuries from other sports. His attention to detail and ability to tailor what he does with every client shows how much he pays attention to what he is told, but also what he sees from your performance/body every week. WOW this is a great gym. Trainers, Ryan and Johnny, provide excellent attention to detail with the programming and an individualized experience in their small group fitness class, PHIT. The classes aim to achieve a solid flow throughout the circuits, not smoke you out and exhaust you like many other group fitness classes. Finally, a gym with trainers who actually check and correct your form!! This is a welcoming and very clean facility in an great location (minutes from downtown with free parking). Check them out!!

Top-notch training in a beautiful space! The PHIT classes offer a great variety of strength movements/equipment, a smaller-group environment, and more personalized attention than a typical group fitness class. Plus, the location is really convenient with lots of free parking. Definitely check it out!
