I had been out of CrossFit for 5 years-ish. Coming back into it, this gym has been great. The coaches I’ve met are knowledgeable and personable. Coach Jess is amazing and you can tell she cares about what she does. I definitely recommend this gym.

I can't recommend Persevere CrossFit enough! From the moment you walk in, you notice how immaculate the facility is—the equipment is all top notch and spotless. But what really sets this place apart are the coaches. They are incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely invested in your progress. The programming is both challenging and fun, meaning you actually look forward to your workouts and see real results. To top it all off, the community is wonderful and super supportive. It's the full package!

I'm new to Crossfit! Coach Jess met me where I was and I feel like I have someone walking this fitness journey with me. I really like the 3 "onramp" private sessions to get started - I could get to know the basics and feel confident before walking into a faster paced class. If you're unsure of the pace of Crossfit, you can start with the LIFE class that is similar movements but fewer reps and more rests. I work full time and the early classes allow me to get a workout in before heading downtown.

Dropped in on a class with my daughter. Blown away by the welcoming atmosphere and camaraderie. This is a true example of how all gyms should be! Workout fully explained and options provided to accommodate all levels. Made the workout fun while super challenging. Can’t wait to come back to town and go again!!!

Joined 3 weeks ago and it’s been a fantastic experience for me. They offer a variety of options for those who have preexisting injuries or are not physically able to do the WOD, and the coaches provide good 1-on-1 instruction to ensure proper form.
Entire coaching staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodates all levels of athletes that are in the gym.
The equipment they provide is in good shape, and the workouts are structured so that you’re gonna FEEL IT.

I’ve tried to get into the fitness lifestyle for a long time, but it always felt like such a sacrifice and I would end up giving up. Since I started at Persevere CrossFit, I finally feel like I’ve found something I truly enjoy and where I belong. It’s even hard for me to take a rest day, I just want to go every day! Even though I’m only in my first month, I already feel stronger, more energized, and, most importantly, confident that this is something I won’t give up on.
A huge thank you to my coaches Jess, Lauren, and Kristen, you are such an inspiration and true role models for all of us. You’ve welcomed me like family, and I’m so grateful to be part of this amazing community where everyone supports each other.

I have loved joining the community at Persevere CrossFit-- starting out, I hadn't had much experience with the fitness world, but from my first meeting with Jess, I felt comfortable in the space and welcomed by the coaches and other gym members. There is always time given to learning and honing new techniques, and there is value placed on steady, safe progress for people at all levels. I have also gained a lot of valuable insight from working with Josh and the Healthy Steps Nutrition program offered in partnership with Persevere!!

I am so glad that I decided to join Persevere CrossFit for the LIFE classes. I had a lot of trepidation about getting something like this considering I had not really exercised in the last 3 to 4 years. I’m 63 years old and very out of shape. I met with Jess before starting, I was very candid about my concerns, she reassured me that I could do it, and some exercises could be modified along the way. I have been to seven classes now, the coaches and the other members are very welcoming and encouraging. I look forward to going, and Im beginning to challenge myself a little more each time.

Joining Persevere CrossFit has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, I’ve felt genuinely welcomed not just by the coaches, but by the entire community. The support, encouragement, and positive energy I’ve received as a complete beginner to CrossFit have been nothing short of amazing.
It’s only been two weeks, but I already see progress in myself physically and mentally. I feel more confident, stronger, and excited to show up every morning. I truly enjoy every workout, and I actually look forward to training each day.

I can’t say enough good things about this CrossFit gym! The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really take the time to help you improve your form and technique. The workouts are intense but scalable for all levels, and every day feels different—which keeps it fun and challenging.
The community is amazing and super supportive, which makes a huge difference, especially if you’re just starting out. I’ve been going for a few weeks now, and I feel stronger, more confident, and more motivated than ever. If you’re thinking about trying CrossFit, this is definitely the place to go!

My wife and I are in town for Memorial Day weekend and we decided to drop in for a class as we are avid Crossfitters. What an awesome gym. Everyone was friendly. Classes were super organized and they left you with a great sense of the workout. The owner and coaches were the best I’ve seen and we have been to many CrossFit gyms. We will be going back for sure. 10/10

I’ve been going to Persevere for a while now and I can’t say enough good things about it! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you improve—no matter your fitness level. I started going to Persevere CrossFit in Prospect this year. The 4:30 wakeups always come too soon. The workouts always kick my butt. I live life sore now…but not injured. I’m taking it relatively easy because I’ve had too much injury throughout my life. The Owners and Coaches here are nothing short of amazing. Super knowledgeable, caring, motivating, patient. I just wanted to share how grateful I am to find a place that helps me with my health goals. If you're looking for a gym where everyone from newbies like myself to the seasoned athlete can each be challenged and have a sense of belonging, look no further.

I dropped in for the week at Persevere CrossFit a couple weeks back. I love the community atmosphere and the warm welcome I received. I really enjoyed the expertise of both the coaches. They strongly believe in CrossFit methodology and I was surprised to find out that they use a version of CAP programming. They do not over-program their classes and leave plenty of time for coaching and skill work. They also challenge their athletes to push themselves which was good for me, because I can tend to be complacent. I also like that they want their athletes to hold themselves to the CrossFit standards. I like the location off of River road and the facility was clean and good for large group workouts. If the occasion arises, I would love to come back for a visit 🙂.

This place has literally changed my life. I started here 3 months postpartum after my third baby, zero experience with CrossFit, just looking for a change to my physical activity level. I was in the worst shape of my life and had no idea where to start, but knew this was close to my house with a schedule that worked. Walking through the door the first day was the hardest part. After that, the community and coaches took me in right away. Despite having zero experience, I never felt out of place or awkward. Every movement is scalable without any judgement, and the coaches and community meet you where you are. In the 8 months since I started, my body has completely changed. I’ve lost nearly 40 pounds, but more importantly have gained more muscle than I’ve ever had in my life. I feel stronger than ever, have made lifelong friends, and have finally found a way to incorporate fitness into my life in a way that I love. I’m doing activities I never thought I could do, and have even started incorporating fitness into my life outside the gym. Safe to say I’m now fully hooked, and take so much pride in continuing to show up day after day. If you’re considering checking this place out, just remember - the hardest part is walking through the door.

More than a gym. It’s coaches and a community of friends that make you want to be there, and nutrition coaching that will change your life. I had to take six months off all working out completely, and Josh taught me how to comfortably maintain my weight during this time. I feel so much better and don’t even have asthma anymore. He also taught me how to remain healthy during my pregnancy. And when it was time to get back to working out, Jess was right there to support me and modify my workouts for a smooth transition. They truly care. I am forever grateful for these people and this place. Can’t say enough good things.

I did 90 days of nutrition with Josh and it completely changed my relationship with food. I found out I was not eating enough calories to fuel my body. I am now consistent with my eating and food choices. I prioritize cooking and meal planning. These positive changes have resulted in less cravings, less fatigue, and less soreness between work outs! Win win win!

When I first began this program, one of my main goals was to reduce overwhelm. There are so many fads and seemingly conflicting information. Josh developed a plan for me to support my health goals, including exercising more and addressing certain health markers that were concerning me. I learned more about my caloric needs, how to fuel muscle development and how to eat in a more balanced way (another goal). Through this program and while I’ve been doing crossfit, I’ve lowered my A1C to a normal range, lowered my blood pressure, increased lean body mass and dropped several pounds. Josh’s program is sustainable, and I’ve had no problem continuing after the program formally ended. I also appreciate the support I’ve received outside the nutrition lane and in the gym. This is a great program — highly recommend.

Jess is amazing. I have had 2 kiddos workout with her at different times and they both have loved it. She takes the time to find a good workout buddy and is very flexible with scheduling even though she has a family of her own. My kids have been taught how to lift with proper body mechanics and have been taught an individual sport that they will be able to use throughout life. She also has been an excellent mentor that encourages healthy competition, proper nutrition, and overall lifestyle balance. I would highly recommend her!!❤️

Coach Jess is fantastic! She has been coaching my teenage daughter who always looks forward to her workouts. I love her focus on a strong and healthy mind as well as body.
