Never in my life did I think I could stay consistent in the gym. I always had gym anxiety, I felt like never knew what to do with equipment/reps/etc.
PBK seriously changed my life. I will hit a year of consistent workouts in January of ‘25. Never thought I could say that. I have made friends in class, brought friends to class, and always have the best time in classes. They are fun, and non-judgmental It’s not just helped me physically or socially, but mentally, too. My emotional and physical health has benefited astronomically from going to classes at PBK.
Karlie is not only the best in the business, but she is also the absolute sweetest and genuinely cares about everyone’s health journeys. She has picked a fantastic team to help her with the various tasks that come with owning a successful business. Karlie and every member of the PBK team and family are fantastic.

Karlie is the best! She explains every workout in detail, what muscles you are targeting with each exercise. If necessary she will modify to injuries. Not only will you feel better & stronger after just a few months, you leave everyday with a smile because of the friends you’ve made.

I have been working out with Karlie for 5 years now. This is absolutely the best place to work out. I promise in those 48 minutes you will work very hard , laugh , and listen to great music while doing it. In each class you will find every age level, every physical level, and absolutely no judgement from anyone. The best part of it all ... while getting in better physical and mental shape... you just might... pick up several new friends along the way.

I was bored of always doing the same workouts at our local gym so I decided to give Karlie’s new Bootcamp in Benton, KY a try. I love the 5:30am class option & since I started over 3 months ago, we haven’t repeated a workout. It’s always fresh, new & targets specific muscle groups.

I started PBK in January of 2021. I had put on pandemic weight like a lot of people and was so disgusted with myself. I was also intimidated by the weights at the gym. Karlie made me feel like I belonged there from day one. She’s so patient in showing you exercises and always has an alternative exercise if you need one. Not only has PBK help me lose weight and tone up, it’s given me friendships I never knew I needed. I love how everyone helps each other out and it’s not a competition amongst everyone.

Physiques by Karlie is a great way to get fit and healthy!! They offer 1 hour class workouts at multiple times/days and locations to fit your schedule!
The coaches are so supportive and willing to help to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly and they will accommodate any level of fitness you may need.
I appreciate all the encouragment and overall support from Karlie and Kyle. (I attend the Marshall classes but I am certain the other coaches are excellent too)
I highly recommend PBK to anyone who is looking for a fun environment to workout and great coaches to help and encourage you!

At 50, the only real exercise I had done in years was brisk walking. This bootcamp is incredible! It’s so much fun and I am totally getting real results! I love working out with other people because we can encourage each other to keep going! I am losing inches and I can really tell a difference in my clothes (1 or 2 sizes down). Karlie and Kyle are so nice and encouraging-the perfect duo! I highly recommend PBK!!

I started PBK at the first of the year, and I will gladly tell anyone….It’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself!! I’ve gained muscle, built my endurance/stamina, and lost a few pounds too!! I struggled with 2 autoimmune thyroid disorders for many years. I was really sick for a really long time; even had a brush with death 😳. Thanks thyroid! I gained 35 pounds very quickly while attempting to regulate my thyroid numbers. Even once both AIs were in “remission” I still struggled with my weight. I was soooo uncomfortable in my own skin. None of my clothes fit anymore. I didn’t feel like myself at all and that showed in my daily life. I finally took the leap and joined Karlie’s Bootcamp. I was sooo nervous! I intentionally picked a class where I didn’t think I would know anyone bc I was really embarrassed with how out of shape I had let myself get and I honestly didn’t think my body could do any of the exercises (yay for Karlie’s complete understanding and modifications when needed!) That was November 2020. Here it is Dec 2024 and you can still find me in the PBK Studio! I dropped all the weight I gained from my thyroid dis-regulation and I am currently working on gaining muscle which has been a huge goal of mine! I have also truly made lifelong friends with the people I was so worried about embarrassing myself in front of in class in those early days. Losing the weight was great but I have also gained my confidence back, I sleep better, my mental health is better, and I am strong - something I never thought I would be again after my autoimmune struggles. I am so glad I put my trust and faith in Karlie. Her support, and the support of my fellow Bootcampers, has made such a difference in my daily life. Joining this class has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! It’s “Hot Mom All Year” thanks to KG!! 🩵⚡️🖤
