Came in around 3~4:30 PM today and the two young guys working the front desk were nowhere near the check-in station – they were off to the side talking to each other the whole time and never greeted or scanned anyone walking in.
Especially since this is the brand-new Valley Station location, a lot of members (including me) have questions and need help figuring things out – like how to use the massage chairs, hydro beds, etc. When the front desk is completely unattended it makes the whole experience feel unwelcoming and confusing for new and returning members alike.
The gym itself looks awesome, but the staff really need to stay at the desk, greet people, and be available to help. Hope management gives them a quick reminder!

Everything is nice and new here if you're able to get in on a machine. The crowd meter on the planet fitness app is not accurate at all for this location. I've come multiple times now and not been able to get on a single machine. Every cable and weight spot is taken currently and some have people waiting in line for them.

I don't come for the treadmill. That's the only thing that's open.

Great New Gym but they are not cleaning the restrooms and keeping up with the showers. I shower for my full gym routine most days and noticed the showers have the same hair globs and spots in them.

Also the shower curtains are not wide enough to cover the whole entryway, either your front side or your back side is exposed.

Hopefully this is an easy fix.

Great so far. Went today on the first day they opened.
More premium in aesthetic than other PF I have seen. Cold air conditioning, breezy fans, all brand new equipment. Also the newest types of equipment, as far as I've read PF is offering. Just add the free weight barbell racks I saw other PFs have then it'll be perfect.
The color theory in this PF is a lot more appealing than others, like the only yellow is focused in elements that pull ur attention for utility reasons, like the trash can, not a giant yellow wall that's unappealing. No one likes a yellow wall. These walls are light Grey and some purple walls, but mostly more modern color choices. Open and inviting space design.
The equipment is purple but each piece of equipment is also color coded in its title for which body section it focused on, like blue label for a leg focused machine which is useful. All machines also seem to have split weight per handle, so more even distribution of tension of on the arms, and the chance to do one arm exercises, or alternating motions, which is a quality of life most people won't realize is a good thing.
Oddly enough the more butt and thigh focused machines are in a separate section with the jungle gym (abducter, Adductor, glute lift, etc), I guess so women don't feel embarrassed doing such maneuvers in easy view, if that matters to you. I personally liked showing off lol.
They do have the cryo, red light, hybrid tanning, hydro massage, and regular massage chairs. A lot of space for alternate exercises, like room to do martial arts like I prefer.
Nice logo free locker room with black lockers, ring light mirrors for hot selfies, and water bottle fill up at the fountain. Desk space for down time with electronics, black couches for waiting on blackcard sessions, etc.
Hillview is getting a lot of upgrades so this top tier PF adds a lot to the quality of life around here for me.

I signed up during their promotional period (a few weeks prior to the grand opening). Today is Grand Opening. I was trying to log onto my app to have it set up before going so there is no "hick-up" upon arrival but with no luck due to NOT having a barcode. I called @ 9:25a.m. 3x and a recording picked up and said to choose 1 to speak with a member of their staff. I pressed 1 phone was silent then after about 2 minutes of waiting, it hangs up! Every time! Please let me know that this is NOT how the owners of this location are gonna treat their customers. (Ignore them)
