I've been trying for months to get out of the membership and I think I'll have to go personally to one of their locations. It's a trap for consumers since they don't have it on their page to cancel whenever they want, but they do have it so they can buy it. It's an excellent way for people to let months go by without going to their locations and continue getting paid.

Update 3/21/24 I see still what goes on people be talking about people meaning the workers they still make jokes about people I see during first second shift they will have multiple people working and all mostly behind the desk which it could be things wiped down stuff refilled bathrooms clean so I don't understand how they manage their workers it's really sad from the original planet fitness no judgment zone the guys got their nipples out through shirts while women complain on guys looking at them but they damn near not wearing nothing to cover there body parts so it's just all ridiculous... third shift when it's a Latino guy working he has a lady friend up there who drives a white Chevy pickup truck with black stickers on the doors she laughed extra loud every time for everybody to hear her and to be looked at and she just be there talking talking about people they need more control on third shift meaning after 11:00 p.m. these places is just becoming a joke but for $10 a month what can you do..

Who's Planet Fitness is really big. The women's bathroom was gorgeous. There's lots of space to work out and you're not on top of each other. Tons and tons of cardio and free weights. And I think they have some of the amenities that the others do not have. Although I did not check them out but I was told that they did. They have more the up to date equipment in here also.

I’m a truck driver and i parked my truck here while i was doing my workout at Planet Fitness ( about 2 hours) I didn’t see any sign about no semi trucks. I think you can park here if you want to go to Planet Fitness. Also this Planet is really nice and big, i liked it.

Spoke to Laura the general manager after multiple attempts to see about getting some help with a refund after several locations refused to help and said I have to contact my "member" location. Hearing different things from different people under the same business is frustrating as it is. Laura had a very awful demeanor. She cut me off mid sentence a few times to let me know "they won't even consider anything past 90 days." My whole issue was a cancellation that wasn't processed after speaking to multiple people and being told only a manager can cancel and then when I spoke to one, they never even cancelled my membership. Nobody should have to contact so many people and get pinballed for something so frustrating. Laura was so unpleasant to talk to and so dismissive. I came vulnerable after being slighted and told "you should've said something sooner" although I explained i didn't have access to the account I was being billed. And that she's "been there 9 years and it's never been a requirement for a manager to cancel" and telling me "it doesn't matter because my contract was signed" after speaking to so many people and getting absolutely no help, I'm so done with planet fitness. For a cancellation I was told was processed? I use to bring family and bring new people who ended up getting a membership themselves and met many great trainers and employees. This blatant disregard for my issues makes me sure I don't ever want to work out here ever again.

I have been so impressed with this gym so far. It's been easy to find times when it's not overly crowded to go. It's always very clean! The simple and modern atmosphere makes for a relaxing place to workout. The large ceiling fans are actually able to be felt and it keeps you cool while working out. All of the staff that I've interacted with so far have been very friendly and helpful. There are always plenty of machines and equipment available when I go and there is a large variety of machines and equipment as well. They play decent music and have plenty of TVs placed all over and on most machines for entertainment while working out. You need headphones to connect to the TVs. I've not used any of the tanning or massage equipment yet. There seems to be a diverse group of folks in attendance each time I go and everyone has been polite and respectful that I've encountered so far (no one has rushed me on machines or crowded me or bothered me at all). Plenty of parking. I'm on a free trial through work right now but I think I am going to stay even after it expires. Really enjoying it so far!

Nice gym, the biggest and cleanest PF that I have ever seen. It's well maintained and cared for. Employees are always friendly. I workout here every day and really enjoy it. It is a significantly nicer experience than at the Crunch fitness down the street that I was going to before.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Back in December i went in to cancel my membership because i hadn’t been in, in almost 2 years and i was about to have a baby. The young lady who helped me talked me into just freezing my account and ASSURED me i would NOT be charged the annual fee. She made me sign the little pin pad but did not show me the actual contract. Yesterday, i log into my bank account to see that i in fact WAS charged the annual fee. When i called the location manager (Laura I believe her name is) she was so rude and told me i would not be getting my money back. I then asked for contact information for someone else who could potentially help me. She refused to give me that as well and told me it wouldn’t matter because it would be reported back to her anyways. After this, she then hung up on me. I am so upset i am shaking. I have never in my life experienced costumer survive like this before. It is not my fault i was told i would not have to pay the annual fee, had i known i would have just continued to cancel. She also told me they email you the agreement you signed, AFTER IT WAS SUGNED. This is something i should have been given and explained in great detail. I want my money back and i will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau on this matter!

I actually like the set up in this PF. Large and plenty equipment available for use. Everything was in working condition and cleanly. Staff friendly and available. Only downside is that they only have 2 hydromassage beds. So if it’s business there may be a short wait.

I wanted the "Black Card" so I could use the Massage Chairs, but they won't let you pay for a year in advance! Well, the guest services put in the wrong routing number! So, they had a credit card on file because I bought water. They started dinging my credit card and I didn't know at 24 percent interest! Grrrrr! No bad debt! Then I got a penalty for being late at paying, 40 bucks! So frustrating! That's why I hate subscriptions! Don't trust them! Done! No, "I am sorry" or nothing. Why didn't they call?

I am an Over the Road driver and i visit many different Planets.
This one is by far the best I've been.
Big areas, many machines, some new ones i haven't seen before. Nice locker room, showers have good hot water and pressure. Bathrooms and showers could use a little more frequent cleanings. Not crowded at least when I went. Ample parking. And employees are very nice and friendly. Oh, and my favorite thing was the Top of the Line Massage chair, dang thing had me feeling like kneaded preztel dough, Heavenly i didnt want it to stop.. keep up the good work.

A great place to unwind after school. You can even get a hot shower, tan, or use massage chairs/tables, if you like. Not to mention grade A fitness equipment, free Wifi, and helpful staff. The environment at Planet fitness is very good. The bus stop is close by too.
