So excited for the new Cardio equipment! It sucks that they were closed while they put it in but I know it’s going to look so great! They also have some new plate loaded machines in strength and a training zone in the back where 30 minutes used to be! The changes will take some getting used to but it’s an exciting change for the club!

Love how clean this gym is and the staff is great. The only reason why I gave this gym 3 stars is because there were multiple complaints about someone taking videos and pictures. Some people are uncomfortable being in his videos and pictures. It has been weeks and nothing seems be to done about it. He is still coming in and setting up his tripod to take videos.

I come here often to workout they claim it's a Judgement free zone but from what I've seen and witnessed while being on the treadmill I don't think this is a judgement Free zone at all and you can't pay with cash to get a bottle of water you can only use your membership card or a credit card which is bogus to me because what if someone doesn't have their card with them and only cash?

I love my new gym. It's incredibly clean, well lit, and doesn't smell like armpits like a lot of gyms. So many cardio options that even my elderly mom has things she can do.

The Black Card options are absolutely worth the extra money. Mom and husband can go with me for free and those massage beds/chairs are the perfect carrot to make me go.

Great place for work out!! The young lady named Rachel is AMAZING AND SWEET. She always put a smile on my face and offer great customer service. All the machines are spaced out and the crew did an excellent job on keeping the place clean. The massage chairs are usually my favorite. I usually use it after my work out. The only down side is that they take their to repair the massage chair that has been broken. Keep up the great work Planet Fitness team!!

This has to be the most dusty facility I’ve ever entered . Large visible dust bunnies under every machine and along the walls and under the dumbbells especially. I just hope someone from management sees this review and addresses the problem immediately my allergies won’t tolerate too much more .

I called not too long ago and an employee named Will answered the phone. I requested to be transferred to a manager and he said “Okay” and after about 30 seconds, the exact same voice (Will) came on the line and said “This is the manager”. I have a new (Jan ‘25) membership at Planet Fitness. I mostly go to this PF (Hurstborne & Six Mile Ln) and there is a lot of equipment at this facility. What I use mostly is treadmills, stair climbers, and a few weights machines/dumbbells (weights machines/dumbbells work fine- not issues there). The treadmills & stair climbers physically work but many of the safety clips which turn off the machine if you fall, are broken. These machines also have many TVs that don’t work which is frustrating. I like to have a distraction while I exercise. The other day, I changed 3 treadmills before the TV worked. Yesterday, I went to the PF In Middletown, KY and the treadmills & stair climbers are newer machines and the TVs work great. There are more local channels as well. I would attend there but I live in Jeffersontown, KY. It makes me question my membership in J-town. I must give Will & Jeremy on the staff 5-stars. These are the only staff I know. When I brought a guest, she was given a tour (not Will or Jeremy) and she was told about the equipment but not shown how to use it. They tell me that the equipment is soon to be updated (I’m waiting to see).

The facility is great. The staff is great. Example: A staff member (Melissa) was cleaning, and noticed me walking around the gym. (I was just getting steps in). She wanted to make sure I was okay, as she thought I might be looking for something lost. She didn't have to take the time to do that. She seemed genuinely concerned. I told her I was going to "report her!" I thought I'd keep my promise.

I joined Planet Fitness to do cardio and the 30 minute workout circuit.

Unfortunately, people feel like they can just go use random machines and be in their phone taking up machines in the 30 minute area.

It throws us off that are trying to do the numbered machines in order. These people should be using the same machines over in the free lifting area and not the 30 minute circuit area.

Great vibe for a PF. Equipment is mostly all good except some weight irregularities. Most of the staff are great but my favorite two workers don’t seem to be here anymore unfortunately. Hope they aren’t paying the red head hourly cuz he’s been chatting up this girl for like 45 mins.
Otherwise, probably the best PF I’ve been to on this side of town. You get what you pay for but it gets the job done.

I just want to share my experience with some people on the front desk they are very unfriendly very rude I paid for black membership for almost 3 years me and my son we come to the gym I but my son like a primary holder of the account he is never use the chair massage and I asking to use son of the front desk his name Demitrice he was unfriendly he don’t let me use it . Every other planet fitness I go to lets me walk right in the massage.

STAY AWAY from the tall skinny “assistant manager” with glasses. As a woman the gym can be an intimidating place. The last thing i need is people going out of their way to talk to me and commenting on my body and how much I lift. Every time i come in he goes out of his way to have MULTIPLE conversations that make me and my friends uncomfortable. Should spend his time doing his job rather than eyeballing every girl in the gym and constantly trying to flirt. Crunch just got a new member.

This establish has become dirtier with the dust and air building up around equipment, cloths and garbage left on the floor, and at most times nk on at the front counter. This is a great location. Safe area, clean locker rooms, and friendly staff.
One morning I was asking an employee named Matt at the front desk about the area because I had just moved into town and while he was talking to me he was waving to people as they were walking in. He was saying hello and calling them by name before they even made it to the counter to scan in. He probably knew the names of 25+ people from memory that walked in while we were talking. It was pretty impressive.

Been a member for a while now. Friendly staff and usually not too busy during lunch time when I go. Tanning beds, free weights, machines galore, tons of cardio equipment, etc. As of recently they made some renovations inside to accommodate the black card members. The tanning beds, massage tables and chairs are now sectioned off. It seems to add a little sense of seclusion for the guests that pay the higher fees for the use of that equipment.
