LOVE the gym and most of the staff is very helpful. The "trainer" is a joke. Definitely use this gym, but only if you already know what you're doing and don't require the assistance of a personal traner.

I stumbled onto this whilst staying in town for a few days. So glad I did! The price is amazing. Memberships are just $10 a month. The staff were really helpful and friendly and it has everything you’d want for a great place to work out. Gets my vote!

I signed up for a membership today. This gym is very clean, has plenty of room, and has a plethora of machines. The price is also relatively cheap compared to local competitors. The staff are very friendly and the worker who gave me and my buddy a tour and helped us sign up was very helpful and sweet.

They don’t allow black card holders guests to use massage bed. Even if you say you are not going to use it as a member and you want to give your turn to your guest! It’s just TABU lol .

I recently returned to PF again after a Hiatus and I joined online as I had done in prior times and joined for 1 penny and tbh, this is a bit deceptive, it would appear this is only to get you in the door and then not three days later charge you the full months fee. To me, its not about the $24.99, its the way its misleading so why not just charge the amount up front and not the few days later. I use a separate bank account to pay gym fees following the PF Fitness issue during Covid but had I not checked this account, I could have had an account which went into default as I only keep enough funds in this account to pay certain fees. Again, not about the fee, but the deception in which the online process reads and eludes to should have greater clarity and honestly only further supports the belief of being mislead and tbh, causes me to question if returning to PF was a good idea. Just very concerned as I feel I have been misled and would caution other potential guests in the future.

Love this place. Always clean, can always access equipment and machines. Staff wonderful especially Sydni and Darren. Very knowledgeable about the equipment. Safe environment and parking lot. I’m 70 years young and feel accepted.

So I was a member in Texas and recently moved to Kentucky. I was told that although my account was in cancelation mode, I could still utilize the gym until the 16th of this month. I went the other day to the Paducah location, they put in my phone number, my account pulled up, was able to work out. I came to the Murray location because it was closer, they were no help and the only reason I canceled in Texas was because honestly I didn't know how close I would be to another location but I can tell you now the unhelpful attitude, the inability of planet fitness to honor the club payment and the refusal to even phone my home club has made the decision to not come back to PF very easy. Poor customer service, poor brand representation. Don't use this club. They are unhelpful and not worth the time.

I have been struggling in life and I'm a few days late on my payment and all I wanted was a shower ad I have been a member with planet fitness for several years now and I recently have struggle to pay on time and was refused in a few days shouldn't hurt as I do pay every month a simple shower is all I wanted tennessee would have never done this over a few days

The Black Card benefits are top notch at this location. The selection of equipment is good. The locker room is very nice compared to other Planet Fitness locations I've visited. My only complaint is that the showers take a long time to warm up and the water pressure is low so even after it warms up, the shower isn't really invigorating.

I came in today to sign up for a membership. The kiosk asks you to verify if you agree to terms but unfortunately the kiosk goes to a blank screen so I’m unable to verify the terms of the contract which I’m sure just limits liability. Not being able to read or have a printed version per Federal Law makes me leery of signing a contract that I’m unable to read. Staff was nice and tried to help but to no avail. They stated it just limits their liabilities. I asked the manager to just write down that’s what it did and have an employee witness his signature stating to the fact it just limits liability. They refused. I currently have a membership at Mega Gym down the street and want to change so my girlfriend and I could go together. We both were looking at joining Planet Fitness. Sorry I just don’t agree to waive my legal rights without consent. I wonder how many other have done so???

I really love it. most of the people are friendly, only had issues with one gentleman. It's really clean. Has plenty of machines, for a full body workout. Large enough that you usually don't have to wait on a machine. The massage chairs and beds are awesome.

As a first time visitor I was impressed with the equipment, but not the service.
I had to do my own walk through to locate the equipment I wanted to use and was told to go to their app if I wanted information on the levels of membership.
My next visit was to CRUNCH. They were awesome and walked me through on a tour, introduced me to their coaching team members, and called me the next day to ask if I had any questions….

It's alright, but already so crowded and barely find a parking spot. Feel like I'm in a spotlight while working out. Used to be just fine when it opened but then I lost motivation as so many people, a lot of windows, and the lights are so bright. I wish there was a room that was dim lighting instead...too introverted for this place😅😅😅

We are visiting family from out of town. It was nice to see Murray has a planet fitness!! I am thankful to have a nice gym with brand new equipment to use while visiting from Arkansas!! It wasn't too busy. It was easy to get in and out!! They also have my favorite ab machine!! I should have taken more pictures!! What a well-appointed facility!!
