I started with Andrew at ProFormance in February, 2025. I chose ProFormance because of their golf fitness program and went with Andrew as my trainer because his profile on their website really stood out to me as a trainer who cared, listened, and worked with his clients to achieve their goals.
I can 100% say he was the right choice for me! Andrew is amazing at what he does. He motivates me during our sessions, and provides me with great insights into which muscles are being targeted.
My goal with ProFormance was to learn a wider range of exercises that I could do on my own and improve my golf fitness. Since starting with Andrew I have lost 10 lbs, I eat healthier and track my calories better, and I have gained 10+ yards in my golf game.
Andrew and all the trainers at ProFormance are very friendly and in my opinion the best option for personal fitness. I will be with them for the foreseeable future!

I've worked with Claire a few times on nutrition coaching and she is fantastic. She creates such a positive environment that it is easy to talk about issues and concerns. I've always had problems with nutrition and asking for help has always been a challenge for me. However, Claire's approach is so positive and non-judgmental that it has been easier to work through those issues.

Last week I had an incredible and much needed massage by Emily. She instantly created such a tranquil and amazing space to recover throughout the whole session. The release of stress I felt mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually during and days after the massage was indescribable. I train with Sam who clearly took significant interest in my goals and tailors my workouts to meet them . She has in-depth knowledge of how and when to use different exercises and is very skilled in teaching proper technique. Man I locked in with Alfonso Santos and it was fairly priced. But the main thing for me was getting a goal set with him and we were attacking the day immediately when I walked in each session. A year ago I was 225 pounds and very out of shape for my size. After a year of training and working with Ryan, I am now absolutely yolked and a healthy 165 at 5’10. Ryan was able to put a perfect plan together for me that was easy to follow and keep up with. I’ve never had a trainer who put in that much effort into their work right away like that. Andrew has been able to put together well thought out lifting/exercise circuits that are continually pushing within range of failure and somehow getting them to neatly fit into 30 minutes.
