Been taking at this studio for 9 years and counting! Incredible how it never gets boring because the teachers plan and teach great, upbeat classes. On top of the great workout, the community is supportive and positive!

This is an intense workout, but do not be scared even if you are a little of out shape. I have a spinal fusion and the isometric exercises were recommended to me by my physical therapist to prevent injury, which are used in the classes. I feel great working out here a few times a week and haven't had any back pain since starting.
