In here, we work for it. In here, we embrace real and raw. We keep an open mind and an open heart. We stand for nothing short of inclusive. We love hard and give back harder. We celebrate community and find strength in difference. We live on the edge and lose our hearts in the beat of the music. In this space, we’ve got your back and your breath when life gets messy. In this space, we stay humble. We are music, flow, sweat, and soul. In here we let that shit go.

Sage is a really welcoming studio with great energy!! I was in Cincinnati for work and needed a place to reset, and this ended up being perfect. Kaitlyn immediately made me feel comfortable when I walked in, and her Hot Pilates class was an amazing workout, challenging in the best way. Really grateful I found this spot 🌻

I just finished my 4th or 5th class and I have loved it each time! Everyone is so welcoming, and Jessica has always been super nice and tries to get to know her participants!! I always feel like I have gotten a good workout.

It was my first time not only trying hot yoga but at Sage so I was excited but also a bit anxious. Immediately I did not feel at ease or comfortable and felt a weird vibe from Jessica, come to find out the owner, who just wasn't very friendly to me off jump.
My friend and I went into class and my friend decided before class began that she changed her mind and was going to go out to the lobby and read while I took the class because the heat was immediately too much for her.
The class was fine but definitely more workout than yoga, didn’t focus on centering self or intentions etc. more of just a workout, which is fine just not what I expected.
After class my friend expressed to me that Jessica was a bit rude to her about sitting in the lobby and waiting for me while the class was going on. So I go and look at reviews and it all made sense when I see her responding to poor reviews on ClassPass with a condescending attitude. She also seems to have a problem and look down on people who sign up on ClassPass per her responses on there. I signed up on ClassPass so I immediately connected the dots that that’s why I felt a judgement of sorts. Why put your business on ClassPass if you have an issue with people using it?
I love trying out different yoga/ Pilates studios around the city and am truly always welcome with kindness and excitement and this was my first one where I felt icky and the responses to the reviews solidified that gut feeling I had.

Beth was a great instructor, upbeat in the best way and welcoming. The studio is very nice. There are mats & towels offered. They do a lot to create an environment that is comfortable, definitely recommend!

Take the Reformer or mat classes with Marcellus. He is amazing, I've never felt so comfortable with my body or exercise. The studio is clean and the location can't be beat.

I started going to Sage about a month ago, brand new to the world of Pilates and yoga. I LOVE this place. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. It’s the most comfortable and welcoming fitness environment I’ve ever been in.

Sage is a wonderful and unpretentious place to practice yoga and Pilates. The instructors and kind and inclusive and creative, and they don’t act “too cool for school” or make you feel like you’re not good enough if you don’t arrive in head-to-toe-lulu lemon. They always have great music, a calming but energetic atmosphere and are so helpful. Jessica in particular is a total hero. Even just today she allowed me a last minute cancellation because I locked all my stuff in the car and couldn’t wait for class to be done to call AAA. They are patient and helpful at the actual teaching element as well, never making anyone of even the most basic skill level feel anything but valued. I plan to take my training here from this amazing group later this, or early next, year and teach myself. What a great place, I’m so grateful my amazing.friend Victoria Kelly of Ritual’s Beauty Studio recommended it to me.

My overall experience with this studio has not been good.
The instructors do not explain the movements well and fail to pay attention to the students’ movements , which could lead to injury.

I can’t say enough about this place, the staff, the ambiance. My partner and I have made it a routine and we’ve both noticed significance benefits. I love the darker atmosphere and flowing by candlelight, it removes the insecurities of feeling watched and the temptation to focus anything other than your practice. Also love that everything is provided if needed - mats, blocks, water bottles, cloths and towels…even coffee for the occasional 6 am! Grateful for this space and this local business! Thank you.

one word, RUDE!! worst customer service experience. very unprofessional. coming from a yoga studio too… very disappointing. 0/10 don’t recommend. plenty of other places in the area that are actually worth your time and money, don’t waste it here!

Very frustrating experience. Address wasn’t accurate and it’s misleading for potential customers. I was looking forward to trying this place but not after the unprofessional responses I’ve received.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. i have never been one to write a bad review on a company’s page, especially a yoga studio, but the way this studio handles situations is extremely unprofessional. last week me and my friends had reserved a 6pm yoga through class pass app, we had a few questions so we tried to call sage yoga on 5 separate occasions and got no answer. when we arrived to new port, we were highly confused on how to location their studio because on google maps it shows inside newport on the levee, and again tried to call their studio multiple times off of multiple phones, no answer. so after 30 minutes of looking for the studio me and my friends left. we left a review through class pass saying simply “couldn’t locate, tried to call 5 times and no one answered” sage yoga responded to my review and said “you’re leaving a 1 star review because you could not locate the studio” and i woke up this morning, they had deleted mine and my friends review on class pass, and charged us with a no show fee. which i will be getting refunded through class pass. i looked to see how they responded to other 1 star reviews and i saw “i would prefer if you did not return” and “don’t book with us again” i will never be going to this yoga studio and i seriously recommend other people don’t as well. i would also recommend for sage yoga to check their phone system, since they didn’t receive 10+ calls from 3 different phone numbers. thank you.

Took a class here today through MindBody with some friends from Orange Theory and oh my gosh such a good class. I’ve never taken a hot one before. The instructor led so well my eyes were closed to avoid sweat in them and I was able to make out what we were doing most often.
Bring a mat or they do clean and loan out mats for like five dollars which was so nice. They also hand out towels you can use. Bring water! Excited to take another class here not sure which one yet as I wanna try out the others they have to offer.
Breakfast at press after was just the cherry on top of class.

Not very welcoming studio was my first time going and called for help as I was lost at 8:30 and she said the class already started when that was the start time very rude customer service just stick to club Pilates. And they scammed me by trying to charge me for a missed class after she said she wouldn’t and not letting me in class

Sage has been a life saver when it comes to my mental and physical health. The staff is always super kind and understanding of my limitations and a very supportive cheerleader when I make progress. As a semi-newbie, I really appreciate the low lighting and the rhetoric to do what is best for your body in the moment. I can definitely focus more on how I'm feeling rather than how I look.

When I started practicing at Sage, I was brand new to yoga. The Sage instructors, as well as the community of people who practice there, are so welcoming and non-judgemental. The instructors make it a point to remember your name and get to know you over time. I eventually started taking reformer classes which are equally as challenging and satisfying at the same time. I would recommend Sage to anyone at any level of practice!

If you are looking for a good place where yoga can be a contrast to your every day,, STAY AWAY. Without any clue as to be helpful both inside and outside the studio, Sage yoga lacks in costumer service, and knowledge of yoga. I believe they mean well but they are very far from delivering it. I went to the studio twice and was treated with rudeness both times. I have practiced yoga for more than 50 years and one thing that’s essential to the practice is a willingness to be helpful; and to meet the practitioner where they are. These folks like rules, like telling you you made a mistake, are unable to ask questions or offer productive suggestions. They chastised me for my wet shoes when I arrived to practice for the first time at the studio after a snowfallI. When I made a mistake looking up the schedule and showed at the wrong time for practice they told me, “the last class was at 11.”. There was no information as to when the next class would be, or “sorry, let me help you with the schedule”. I offered feedback that they could hone their costumer service skills and they told me to get lost. I cannot emphasize how negatively they presented themselves. I will never return. I hope you don’t support them either.

This place nails hot yoga. I tried going elsewhere after I moved 20 minutes away, but it just wasn’t the same. My only criticism is they need more locations!! :)

One of the Top 3 studios in the Country! I'm from California and was in town for a week. Some studios can be clean, have great instructors, or be fun. This studio has SOUL! It is run with integrity and authenticity, and it is evident from the moment you walk into the doors and are met with clean and clear energy in the space. The owners take great pride in providing a beautiful environment. I was led in a delicious class by an instructor who turned our bodies into music with a lyrical slow-flow class as she held us in a safe environment, so we could let go to truly relax and surrender our day. The aesthetic is wonderful, the environment is peaceful and calm, the intimacy refreshing, and the good energy palpable. There is something REALLY good happening here, and if you live in this area or are visiting from out of state- this is the ONLY yoga studio you need. It takes into account the mind, body, and soul rather than just a mindless workout. This is where you go to lift your being, center your heart, let go of your worries and find great community. Thank you for making me feel so welcome!
