Shred helps keep you motivated with all the energy the instructors bring.

Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, 10/10 recommend trying Shred415! I came to Shred415 looking to expand my fitness community, and I am so thankful I did! The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and really take the time to push you while also offering modifications when needed. The energy in every class is electric — impossible not to give it your all!! The split format (tread + strength) keeps things interesting and effective, and I've noticed real results in both my endurance and strength. Highly recommend!

Today's class with Whitley at SHRED415, was a wonderful work out. The runs were challenging but Whitley kept me motivated and gave me push I need to work harder for a better work out. I also felt like the deck/floor gave me the work out I needed. This for helping me get in better shape.
SHRED415 is a great place to get in shape and stay in shape with a verity of workouts.

I reluctantly started my fitness journey at shred415 after having a not so great experience at my previous gym. After my first class, I knew shred was different. The instructors and staff are all fantastic and I immediately felt welcomed. By my third class, I was welcomed by name when I entered the door, which made me feel really valued on my fitness journey. I recently hit 50 classes, and I’m ready for hundreds more!

I started at Shred Hurstbourne about 8 months ago and I honestly look forward to going several times a week! It has helped me stay accountable being able to sign up for class ahead of time and they offer lots of class options to fit any schedule. The instructors really help to motivate you to keep going through the workout. I love the Strength classes! And the extra incentives they offer through the year are an added fun way to help reach your goals. 😀

I’ve been coming to Shred for 6 years through many stages of life. The workouts are incredible but the instructors are even better! Shred is the best workout around! It’s a fast pace class that incorporates treadmills and strength training. The segments keep class manageable, while still challenging! The staff is motivating, and the facilities are clean. The app is super easy to use when scheduling classes which shows class times, instructors, and you even get to choose your spot. It’s also nice they have two locations making it convenient for shredders!

I've been shredding for over a year and a half now and still get challenged every time I walk into the room. I've loved seeing all the changes over the years and the introduction of new class formats. My new favorites are Shred for Strength and Yoga + Recovery to mix in with my normal routine. I love Thursdays because i can do strength with Ashley and yoga with Savannah and it's such a nice combo. I love the energy of this place and recommend this to people of all fitness levels!

Shred415 is a great option if you usually get bored of working out, like I do. You alternate between treadmill and strength training four times per class, which helps to keep you engaged. The instructors are all very passionate and energetic, and will accommodate your unique needs. If you're pregnant or recovering from an injury, they'll guide you on how to modify your workout in a way that's best for you. They also have a lounge for kids, for an extra fee.

been going to shred for 2 years on and off with traveling for work, and i have an amazing workout EVERY TIME. it’s difficult and different every time, but so enjoyable. the music, the switching between floor exercises and treadmills, and energetic vibes keep me coming back. all staff are helpful and friendly. also, if you’re considering coming & you don’t want people to see you workout, the lighting is dark and moody, and everyone is busy the whole time so they won’t be paying attention to what you’re doing 😄
i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a challenge and a great sweat!

Shred 415 has been my workout home for three years, and I have never been happier with a group fitness program. The instructors are excellent—knowledgeable, high energy, encouraging, with technique tips and modifications to suit every level. There is no competition or pressure, just friendly people working hard for an hour together according to their own goals and abilities. The classes are never the same and it is impossible to become bored or unmotivated here. Highly recommend !!

I recently moved to Louisville and immediately fell in love with taking class at Shred415. Classes are high energy and fun, challenging but not competitive, and incredibly welcoming! Anyone considering Shred should come try a class- even if you have never tried high intensity interval training or even a group fitness class. The instructors take great care in ensuring folks know what is coming, are well acquainted with the space before they start a first class, and offer modifications throughout to ensure accessibility and safety. Childcare is also available for those with children. I really love taking classes here and I think you will too. 😊
