I did the two-week trial period and quickly became obsessed. It’s a great workout; 50 minutes goes so fast. The class times available are great for busy schedules, and so far, every instructor has been great with form correcting as I’m getting used to a new workout!

Do not sign up for this membership if you have a tight or busy schedule like mine. You will be charged a $25 fee for late cancellations, regardless of how long you’ve been a member—they do not make exceptions due to corporate policy. Additionally, you will not be allowed into the class if you arrive more than 5 minutes late. And you will not allowed to switch classes even if there are plenty of openings. It sounds ridiculous, unreasonable!! In lexington, There are other programs that offer better flexibility. I have taken over 130 classes by now. The unrealistic corporate policy is forcing me to end my membership soon.

I was not impressed. It is very very overpriced for what you get. They charge you 25$ if you cant make a class and don't cancel 24 hrs in advance. It’s also impossible to get i to a class at a decent time. Very frustrating and expensive trial period.

Make sure you use the bathroom before you come. I scheduled a class for 430. I arrived and was in the building by 425. I use the restroom when I came out. I was told that I could not start because it was over the five minute grace period. I quest they don’t have a grace period or if you have to use the restroom so either go before or hold it

Had my first ever [solidcore] class today and it was the most fun and intense workout class I have ever taken. Emma was the instructor for my class and there are not enough nice words in the world I could say about her - she was energetic, encouraging, so motivating, and kind. I never felt out of place or like I looked stupid in this class. I would highly recommend this location (and Emma as the instructor) for anybody interested in trying this. I will be back!

First things first, these are some of the most expensive studio classes in Lexington. No options for a first class free like many other studios. I’m not sure why they need to run marketing campaigns because most of the class times I wanted to go to were almost instantly booked up. And once they have your contact info, expect texts every other day asking you to sign up.

For the love of god, DON’T BE LATE. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you’re locked out. But also, you can’t arrive more than 10 minutes early. Would be great if they weren’t located on one of the busiest roads in Lexington, in the Summit shopping center. Parking is always a nightmare over here.

Their online booking system is a bit complicated. You can’t see their pricing until you create an account. Solidcore class prices in Lexington are currently $28/class, $124/five classes, $234/ten classes, then up from there for unlimited packages. They had a Black Friday promotion for unlimited that essentially got it down to $20/class on an unlimited subscription if you went twice a week.

I purchased a BOGO class deal for $28, which apparently had an expiration after two week. So I can’t attest to the quality of their Pilates classes, as I never made it to a class. But I’d sum this all up to be it’s more hassle than it’s worth unless you are a Pilates die hard. But even then, this is a chain and I’d look for a local Pilates studio instead, as I now intend to.

Love this place. Everyone is so nice and uplifting, from coaches to other members. I always leave feeling exhausted and accomplished. I don’t feel judged or insecure coming in. Be ready to bathe in your own sweat. These workouts will bring the strongest man to their knees 100%! I just wish they had showers so I could come before work. Give this place a try and invest in you, your body and your health (both mental and physical)

I came to this class for the first time. Unfortunately running late due to parking issues. Isabel was the coach and she was so helpful.
The class had already started, it’s dark in the room with blue lights. Music is blasting with great beats to get you in the workout mood. There is only room for 15 max capacity, which is great for those that don’t like crowded gyms. It’s a class you have to sign up for, you can’t just show up and attend unless there’s someone that didn’t show up or was super late. It is an intense workout class, but in a great way. You’re testing your endurance on so many levels. I’ve never seen such a machine or ever tried one, but I loved it. They call it the, “sweat-Lana” which is funny to me being I’m Eastern European and Svetlana is one of my aunts’ name. Overall, a great studio and very reasonable priced. Stop by and get your workout on, you won’t be disappointed. 💪🏼

Nothing compares to [solidcore]! The instructors (especially Coach Holly and Coach David!) are fabulous, the atmosphere is welcoming and inspiring, and the method is second to none. [solidcore] has quickly become the highlight of my week. Not only is the workout challenging physically, but mentally as well. The coaches really invest in driving you to find the strength from within yourself instead of from the amount of weights you lift or the number of reps you take. The majority of my adult life I stuck to cardio for exercise, running and cycling. Group classes and weights were always very intimidating to me, but once my husband dragged me into my first class at solidcore back when they first opened I have not stopped. I have never felt so strong and confident in my body, it truly is the best workout I’ve ever done. Even through the pandemic I have felt extremely safe. All of the coaches are super nice and encouraging as well. Solidcore has become my main source of exercise, and I cannot recommend it enough!

I’ve been taking and teaching fitness classes for years. I’m always seeking truly challenging, focused, and transformational methods to keep me engaged and also to help me grow. For one of the first times, I’ve found one that has elevated every sense of fitness in my mind and body. Not only are the workouts challenging, they make me want to focus outside of the gym on diet and training so that I am stronger and more prepared for the next class. No method has ever inspired me to workout more! Yes, [Solidcore] is hard. Yes, you will feel very challenged during and after class. Yes, you will see a true transformation if you stick with it. Yes, you’ll want to stick with it!! And I haven’t even mentioned how incredible each one of the coaches are. Every single one, with different style will push you to do your absolute best and through your mental walls to find incredible breakthroughs deep within! I cannot recommend Solidcore more. The team has done an incredible job of building a new little solid family in Lexington!!!

The entire staff at [solidcore] Lexington is unbelievably amazing, from Laken, Hayley, and Shannon, to new coaches Holly and Ashley, but especially studio manager David Robinson and coach Michelle Krentz. These are two of the most extraordinary humans I have the pleasure of knowing. Not only are they coaches who challenge and push me to be better in every class, they are my friends and I have [solidcore] to thank for that. [solidcore] is the most challenging workout I have ever completed. The team of coaches are outstanding, engaging, and motivating. I followed David and Laken from a prior studio because of their energy and I had enjoyed their classes. I met the other coaches there and cannot say enough good things about the studio. Michelle is hilarious which helps to push me through the workout. You may read how intense the workout is....and it is (!) but they offer modifications so you can continue to grow. If you are already super strong, there are amplifications. Give it as try! You will be hooked

I cannot say enough good things about this studio! I’ve tried a lot of workouts and nothing compares to Solidcore. It’s so different than anything else out there. I can see the changes to my body so quickly and I feel mentally and physically strong because of this workout. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. They motivate you finish when you want to drop out because this is a very intense workout so you need all of the motivation you can get! I highly recommend Solidcore for anyone, especially if you’re looking for a challenge!

This is by far the most challenging but most rewarding workout I have ever experienced! I leave each & every class feeling stronger. Soreness after the first one was no joke, but it was apparent that the workout was effective. Rotating muscle focuses, a variety of coaches and flexible scheduling help keep each class unique from the last! I’d recommend [solidcore] to anyone wanting to see & feel progress from powerful strength-training workouts. This place has done more for my body & mind than excessive cardio or lifting at the gym ever did...knowing I’ve completed such an intensely challenging class always makes me feel phenomenal afterwards!
