LOVE LOVE LOVE Sora Aerial Arts!! Iβve been going to silks classes here regularly for 2 years now and the instruction and community Sora has to offer are truly unmatched. I had practiced aerial silks informally through a club prior to Sora, but my skill and technique really started to improve through Sora classes. The conditioning, while hard, is appropriately challenging and really builds on the skills needed for aerial arts. More than that, the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and have so much to teach in way of technique, diagnosing problem areas, demoing new skills, and finding creative ways to build on established skills. I have also taken rope classes and some sling and with any class Iβve taken there has been tremendous value. Also a huge shoutout to my primary instructor Ellen because their brainy silks instruction is always filled with fun and challenges both body and mind :)

My daughter did the introductory youth silks classes and loved them! The instructors were very informative, encouraging, and patient. The studio atmosphere is very artsy. I had trouble figuring out how to register online (π΅πΌ), but they were helpful when I called and explained my plight. Daughter plans to take more classes, and I feel like the schedules are accommodating and the pricing is reasonable. Would recommend!

I cannot express my love for this place enough! This community is going to be the hardest thing for me to leave behind on my move. I started at Sora this past September and stepped completely out of my comfort zone (with a little encouragement and support from these amazing instructors ;) and I have never been more grateful to have taken that chance. Every single person in this community is welcoming and supportive and I feel so lucky that I got to be a part of it for as long as I did. I pushed myself to do things I never thought possible and I have a new love for the aerial arts that will forever be a part of me. I truly canβt say thank you enough to Jessica and all the amazing mentors at Sora for the work they put in and encouragement they provide. They change lives and I will miss them dearly. Thank you, Sora community, you are incredible!

Sora is undoubtedly the most encouraging and accepting community Iβv ever been apart of. I started pole right after high school and became apart of their tribe. Iv never had a bad class/experience or instructor. Itβs such a positive and uplifting environment. No petty behavior or judgment that I have ever encountered. This is a safe space especially if you arenβt sure of yourself there is at least one or two people in class that will cheer you on or help you. Iv never had an issue in my 7 years with them. I don't know where I would be today without Sora.

A wonderful and welcoming place to learn a new hobby and new skills! All of the staff are ready and willing to assist with whatever you need. Sora is a judgement free aerial arts gym and everyone I have encountered there, myself included, feels welcome and valued. They offer a wide variety of classes and cater to every skill level for every age range. This is the place to go if you want to learn aerial arts!

Fitness, agility, yoga, dance classes and so much more! Their performances are magical. Workshops are top notch. There is something for everyone. You can destress, exercise, learn a new skill, or become a performer all in one place. The photo is from their annual Nutcracker performance at The Black Box Theater. I'll be doing a relaxation workshop this week! This place is the best, come find out.

Location is quite hard to find so follow the little signs they posted along the street. Classes are great, people are friendly and its a nice community. But class schedule is quite limited so book the time slots you want in advance or you wonβt be able to get in.

I'm so happy I found this gem in Lexington! I have never felt this strong and confident in my life. Everyone is super supportive and the instructors are professional and knowledgeable about their craft. I will always recommend this place if you want to get fit but hate traditional exercise!

Sora Aerial Arts is an INCREDIBLE fitness studio. I came here after spending a year being the most inactive in my life. I started slowly with Aerial Yoga, Flexibility, Strength Training, and Zumba. and now am starting to explore the more exciting, Pole & Aerial Silks! I've had personal trainers in the past and I get the best guidance during work outs from the instructors (especially Mandy) and also learned I'm doing a bench press/squat completely wrong. Go here (seriously), it's more than a place you go to sweat, it's a great mix of men and women and you'll slowly learn you're joining a fitness family.

You won't find a place as unique and accepting to work out and train to join the circus anywhere nearby. What a great environment and excellent variety of classes. From fitness to aerial classes, there's always something fun and challenging to get into. The instructors are phenomenal; each has a new and different perspective to offer. I've been going here for two years plus and can't believe it's only been that long.

When I started attending Sora (formerly Bella), I had very little muscle, and had no upper body strength at all. All I have ever felt was welcome, and have never felt intimidated by any of the more advanced students. The owner, Jessica, always says your only competition is yourself! Three and a half years later, I am still taking several classes a week. I've made serious physical gains, but have also become part of a community of supportive women (and men!). All of the instructors are great, and the variety of classes make sure you never get stuck in a rut. Don't be scared to give Sora a try!

I'm not a "girlie girl" so the thought of a mostly all-girl gym seemed terrifying to me. If all girls were like sora gals, that wouldn't have been the case! This gym has an incredibly supportive community with highly trained teachers. Great combo!!

Sora Arial Arts is amazing. My confidence in myself was boosted immediately by the classes I took and the teachers who instructed them. The owner, Jessica, runs an amazing studio and cares about each student. I was so confident in them, that I started sending my daughter to them to learn aerial silks. The way they interact with the youth is profound. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and answer my 1000 questions. This studio is for every skill level.

This place changed my life both mentally and physically! Aerial arts are a great way to challenge yourself and to teach yourself how to break through barriers you never thought possible! If you think you'd even possibly like to try a class, DO IT! The owner and instructors are absolutely wonderful. Never expected to love this place so much :)

If you don't like "going to the gym" then this is the place for you. I have never been one for repetitive workouts, they just don't keep my attention. Whether you take pole, silks, lyra, yoga, or any of the other myriad of fitness and dance classes you will find that no two classes are alike. Plus I really like that there are so many instructors to choose from with very different styles and teaching methods.
I've tried a little bit of everything and as someone who is not fitness-model physique, but more of your average size 14 I have always felt accepted. The studio has helped me improve my body image tremendously. I have gained tone and muscle that I never thought possible. Plus I have found an inner confidence and sexiness I'm just now tapping into in my late 30's.

This is by far my favorite gym that I've attended. I was really intimidated to go to my first pole class, but the instructors and other students were so encouraging. I will admit that both pole and silks classes were a struggle for me at first, but I am so thankful that I stuck with it and have started to build the strength necessary to improve. I now spend many hours a week at Bella taking pole, silks, dance and other fitness classes. I am so thankful that I decided to go to my first class and could not imagine a better environment to build strength, confidence and some pretty great friendships.

Below is a review I wrote on one of my social media accounts about my experience there last year:
Sunday I tried buti yoga (all skill level group that involves a mix of poses and dancing) at Bella Forza. It's a reclaimed warehouse space off Winchester Rd, surrounded by other little boutique gyms.
I nearly broke my neck just getting into the place because as soon as you step in from the street you're standing on what resembles a tiny old-school concrete block porch. Having come in from a bright day, with my sunglasses still on, I stepped off this dark block and managed to catch myself on the floor below without breaking my leg or an arm. No "watch your step" sign in sight.
I get in, shake off my embarrassing misstep, get checked in, and when I get upstairs to take the class I realize immediately I'm the frumpy girl who has stepped into the yoga studio equivalent of the popular girls lunch table. Crap. The other 7 or 8 girls are all very young, very attractive, very fit, and very frigid (minus the owner); donned in overpriced form-fitting yoga attire and perfect hints of barely there makeup and lovely long hair. I show up in my comfy gym clothes and undone pixie without eyeliner. I'll note the instructor, not the owner, was the most rude and frigid towards me.
I always feel like a rhino in a tutu when I'm around these kinds of girls. While I'm fine in my own skin, it's still uncomfortable when you know "one of these does not belong" and it's painfully obvious it's you.
The one-hour class was brutal - only just getting over the residual soreness today - but difficult in a good way. I did my best. I listened to my body and didn't try to overdo or outdo my classmates and got a satisfying workout. While I might go back for their aerial silk yoga classes sometime in the future, I won't be a regular there. I'll find my workout bliss somewhere else.

Bella Forza Fitness is, quite literally, my happy place. It's not just a gym - it's an awesome community that is accepting, welcoming, encouraging, challenging, and fun! Until I joined BFF, I had never found a workout that 'stuck' - I tried running, weights, spin - nothing made me excited to go workout. Almost a year later, I'm still at BFF constantly and I love it! Aerials make working out fun and the fitness classes are constantly updating so there's always a new challenge!
TRY BELLA FORZA. You won't regret it! :)

Bella Forza has transformed my life. It's not only a fun way to get in and stay in shape - it's an art. From fitness and conditioning classes to choreography you can develop your strength and simultaneously you have a creative outlet for self expression. Everyone in class is encouraging and always trying hard. The instructors are well informed, safe, and great at reading each individual's needs. I love the community environment developing at BFF and I'm thrilled to be a part of it.
