I am new to strength training & have been training with Jimmy for a month now. Jimmy is excellent at meeting me where I am in terms of ability & understanding. He easily relates exercises back to my main goals (running & general mobility). You can tell that clients & trainers are happy to be there. Family friendly gym & great location. Highly recommend!

My first month at Southside Strength Co has been nothing more than excellent. The gym is spotless and full of all new equipment. Not to mention the morning group classes have been great to be apart of. The morning crew is very welcoming and easy to speak with. And even though it is a group setting, you don’t feel like a number or over crowed. Johnny is always there to help with any questions you may have. Additionally, his workouts have been solid every single time. They’re simple and efficient which is exactly what I was looking for. If you’re in the market for a new gym, I would highly recommend giving this one a try.

I have been doing semi private sessions with Johnny for about 10 months now- I love it! The facility is gorgeous, clean and has top of the line equipment. Johnny is a fantastic trainer- he knows his stuff! He is so talented with his programming and always keeps the workouts fresh and fun for me! I look forward to my 2 workout sessions each week! I have never felt stronger!

Southside is simply the best! I love the morning group training classes. The facility has state-of-the-art equipment. I love the other members that I train with, they are welcoming and positive. The coaches are amazing, knowledgeable, and each workout is carefully crafted to target specific muscle groups or exercises. You can tell there is precision and planning that occurs behind the scenes of each workout. Highly recommended.

Johnny and Kayla are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They have created a beautiful space, and have the best personal training I have ever experienced. The group classes are fun and challenging while showcasing Johnny’s extensive knowledge.
