When you have 2 kids enrolled and you can’t even step inside the gym to watch your kids for five minutes is insane. They told us to go to the view area which is crowded and can’t even watch your kids half the time as the windows are full of people. I walked out the gym without saying anything then one of the coaches looked at us dads and said I'm going to shut this door. This forcing us to go upstairs. I haven’t had the best experiences with staff while trying to watch my kids and this is crazy with what you have to pay too have them enrolled here.

Parents need to have control of their children in the parking lot from just running whatever direction they desire. There's a lot of cars coming and going someone's going to get hurt. Adults need to supervise the people that are eating so that they put their empty plates and forks and paper cups in the trash and don't leave them in the floor where people walk. That's just nasty.

My grandchildren are/were part of the special needs squad at this gym. This gym decided mid season to field another regular squad to take to worlds. Unfortunately the gym took the special needs practice time away and gave it to the new squad. The special needs squad got less than 48 hours notice of the change. They had already committed in the fall to paying fees, working bingo, attending practice, and traveling for competitions. To have this happen mid season with almost no notice is absolutely abominable. Don’t be part of a gym that treats special needs children like this.

Couldn’t get ahold of anyone to sign up for classes. My daughter’s friend ended up sending us the link. We didn’t even stay for her first class because despite waiting around for 20 minutes, there was no staff in sight to instruct her on where to go. We left months ago and they continue to charge us. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them about this, but they never answer their phone.

You can’t get a hold of these people to save your life to ask any questions, you WILL get charged an annual membership fee per child even if you aren’t enrolled in any classes for just creating an online profile. Despite that, I decided to enroll my kids in a class, showed up and there is no one at the front desk to ask questions for new kids or any directions as to where to go or what to do. I entered the gym looking for someone who worked there and was immediately belittled by someone who should’ve been expecting someone to have some questions obviously knowing they have no staff. Just go to Premier.

Spirit Athletics are the worst with customer service. They refuse to resolve any issues and refuse to give me a 300 refund. Yes I said 300 dollars for two classes and a tank top and pair of shorts. We never received anything. Nicole is so rude. She won’t even look you in the face when speaking. It’s like she has better things to do than speak with a parent. No one answers the phone, no one replies to emails that can help. No one replies the portal. It’s a joke. Don’t waste your time with these people. Highly disappointed. They won’t even answer me in regards to taking my payment information off of their portal. They think that it’s OK that my card keeps being charged because I can’t cancel. I was also told that there was a $500 cancellation fee which is absolutely ridiculous.
