Fit Body is a great workout facility especially if you have a busy life style. They have a variety of times that can meet your needs and the quick 30 minute workouts are great and do the job when you are committed. If you’re looking for a gym that makes you feel like family, this is the place for you! I’ve struggled for years being consistent with working out, and this is the first place I’ve found that makes me want to jump out of bed and go to the gym. Everyone is so inviting! Whether you super fit or taking your first steps to get the ball rolling, Fit Body Boot Camp St Matthews will help you every step of the way. These boot camp classes have kicked my butt from class 1-101 (literally) and I am so much healthier for it! I have had neck, back, and knee pain for years, but have been able to modify where needed, and now am having a significant decrease in discomfort as I grow stronger with these workouts. All instructors are top notch, and you cannot beat a 30 minute workout and what you get spending those 30 minutes here. Fun to build relationships with your classmates as well 😊💪

I absolutely love FBBC St. Matthews! It’s the most welcoming and encouraging gym experience I have ever had. I truly look forward to class everyday.
Coach Christina and Remi are so motivating and knowledgeable. When demoing the exercises they take their time and are always there to help when your form needs a little correcting. They also demonstrate modifications so anyone, of any fitness level can participate. The workouts are challenging but always feel great afterwards.
Not only are the workouts great but the community that have created might just be my favorite part. Everyone is so encouraging of one another. We recognize each other’s milestones, cheer each other on when you try that heavier weight or when you need a little motivation to get that last rep in. If you’ve never been a gym person, you should definitely give this one a try…it certainly changed my perception of the gym!

Fit Body is an amazing place. What impresses me is that every exercise has variations depending on your level of fitness, there is no judgment of what you can or can’t do, and encouragement is given by everyone. The coaches are amazing!! They are very patient and more importantly very knowledgeable.
If someone is looking for a place where safety comes first, a place where there is no judgement, and a place that gives you a sense of a “workout family” then Fit Body is the perfect place.

St. Matthews Fit Body Bootcamp is the best! The coaches are professional, knowledgeable and have great energy. The workouts are challenging and they do a great job of keeping it fresh. The atmosphere is warm, super friendly, and the facility is always super clean and inviting.
I leave each class feeling better than when I walked in and last but certainly not least, I can really feel the benefit in my fitness!

On a whim with a friend of mine decided to try something new and went to FBBC St Matthews on the very first day they opened and haven’t looked back since ☺️! Have loved every minute of joining and look forward to going each day! Love that the workouts are quick and efficient 30 minutes. Truly something different every day. The coaches have been amazing and are very encouraging and always offer modifications if needed and help to correct your form for the perfect workout for you. Classes and coaches are phenomenal. I’ve been a member for almost three months, attending 3-4x/week, and am already in the best shape I’ve been in in years. The coaches do a great job of remembering everyone’s name from day one, which is even more motivation to never miss a class and do your best. The on-demand classes you get with the membership are also great. I highly recommend Fit Body Boot Camp!
