He tailors workouts to my individual needs and ensures that every exercise is performed with the correct form, maximizing effectiveness and preventing injuries. For 5 years I have been working out with Michael Seals at Strong Shop. As an "older" woman (over 65) the benefits of this training has been amazing. Earlier this year I had a hard, stiff armed fall resulting in small fractures just below my elbow but did not need a cast. Doctor said that was very unusual for someone of my age and the type of fall. Strong arms saved the day.
