When I took my first class at Sweat Society, I really didn't know what to expect. WOW! It was a wakeup call that I needed to improve my core and strength. Esther made me feel at home and I really appreciated her help in making me feel comfortable with something that I had never done before. In all of my years of working out, I think this is the best workout and yet so much fun at the same time. All of the instructors that I have taken classes with are amazing. I am starting to see and feel the results. Sweat Society has a family atmosphere and I highly recommend to all. I can't wait for my next class!

So a month ago before I left town I decided I wanted to get into the best shape of my life. I had always heard good thing about Sweat Society, the versa's and the former machines, but as a guy I was a little hesitant. However, that hesitation went away as soon as I started. All the instructors were high energy and friendly, and my classmates were just as good and encouraging. I even made some new friends! Long story short: probably best thing I decided to do. Admittedly the hardest thirty 30 days, but well worth it. Obviously, I feel good, but I feel stronger and more centered. My left knee problem that I had from playing too much soccer completely gone thanks to stronger quads. my hips have also gotten stronger and more flexible hips and now my core actually feels solid instead of mushy. Completely got rid of any gut and the obliques starting to show 👀

Sweat Society is amazing. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, the vibe is totally non-intimidating and welcoming, and the workouts I have done there are without doubt the most effective I’ve ever tried for strength and cardio. Love this place!

I have been working out at Sweat Society since April 2024. I do the mega reformer and the versa climber there. I find it to be the most challenging, rewarding and inclusive studio I have ever belonged to to. The instructors are so motivating, inspiring, professional and caring! There’s a lot of hands on and personal instruction in every class I take. The minute you walk through the front doors you’ll immediately be welcomed and you feel a true sense of belonging! If you haven’t tried it yet do yourself and your body a favor and get over there! You’ll not regret it!

Sweat Society is truly the best Pilates studio I’ve ever been to! The space is welcoming, and has such a great vibe. Every instructor brings amazing energy, and makes sure you’re getting the most out of each class. I love how they really focus on form and helping you get stronger each time. After every class I leave feeling energized, stronger, and happier. After have been to multiple different pilates studios I can confidently say I highly recommend Sweat Society to anyone looking for a studio that’s both fun and effective!

Absolutely love this place!! Beyond grateful I found it!
I truly couldn’t be more thankful to have found a studio like this. From the very first day, I was blown away by how warm and welcoming everyone was. The instructors go out of their way to remember your name, greet you, and make you feel like part of the community.
I recently made the decision to move from ClassPass and join their unlimited membership, and I couldn’t be happier about it. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself in a long time. Every class has me feeling stronger and more confident in myself.
This studio is truly so special, and I can’t recommend it enough!

This was my first versa climber workout and woah! It was an amazing workout! Molly coached class and was such a hype girl! Without her hyping me up and helping me, I'm not sure I would have finished. Absolutely loved my first class!
I signed up on a whim and didn’t pay much attention to the type of class I booked, just saw a time that worked and went for it. Turns out, it was a high-intensity SweatClimb class.
For someone who hasn’t been active in over 10 years, I realized within the first five minutes that I might have bitten off more than I could chew. My legs were shaking, panic in my eyes, I genuinely thought I might cry.
But Jessica, our instructor, was so incredible. She checked in on me regularly, helped correct my form, and somehow gave just the right amount of encouragement to keep me going. She was so thoughtful about it too. She would circle the whole class before returning to me, so I never felt singled out or embarrassed about being behind.
I wasn’t consistent by any means, but every time I wanted to quit, Jessica would be right there, cheering us on, pushing us just a little bit further. And when she called out your name and told you you were doing a great job? It made all that effort so, so worth it.
The class was small, only seven people, which made it feel personal, without being overwhelming. Everyone moved at their own pace, and there was no pressure to keep up. Instead of calling anyone out, the energy was all about doing your best and celebrating that effort.
I also love how easy it is to sign up and manage everything through their app. You can choose a membership, book or change classes, and keep track of your sessions. It’s super user friendly.
And for new members, they offer great options. I signed up for the two weeks unlimited pass. It’s perfect for helping me figure out which classes I like most and how often I want to go.
All in all, I left sweaty, exhausted but absolutely hooked. Can’t wait for my next class.

I had never taken a Pilates or lagree class and Sweat Society was so welcoming and encouraging to this newbie. Carolyn is my favorite instructor for the versa climber class. She is an angel! My sisters and I take classes together every week and love spending time together at Sweat Society!

I have never been an athletic person & I never necessarily loved working out, but it was time to make a change & make physical fitness a priority. I tried a few different studios/types of classes & Sweat Society is my favorite place ever. I bought a 3 month package & I plan on coming to the studio multiple times a week! All the instructors are wonderful. They are super helpful without making you feel weird or gross. I very much look forward to getting stronger. 😇 I wish there was a location closer to me, but I don’t mind driving out 20 minutes because I love it so much.

I've been a member of the Sweat Society community since they opened in January 2024 and can't say enough good things! The owner compiled a group of the most knowledgeable, motivating instructors who truly care about your progress. The classes are always challenging yet rewarding. The studio is clean, well-equipped, and has a super welcoming vibe. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength and endurance levels. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive fitness community!

I started going to Sweat Society on June 8th, and it has truly changed my life. After having a baby, I struggled to feel like myself again—but now, not only am I back to how I looked before, I actually look and feel even better! I've lost weight, toned up, and gained so much confidence.
The instructors at Sweat Society are next-level. They’re incredibly welcoming, supportive, and genuinely care about helping you get stronger. Every class challenges you in the best way, and the energy in the studio is just so uplifting.

I cannot say enough about this place the owner and all of the instructors are absolutely fantastic. The best in the business. I am a personal trainer myself, so I have pretty high expectations when it comes to any type of workout. But these girls blew those expectations out of the water! I’m 42 years old, and in the best shape of my life. I’ve been going to Sweat Society consistently since March of this year. My body fat has gone down 5%, and I’ve gained 4 pounds of muscle!! That’s incredible! Not only that. But my joints and my body in general have never felt better. Because it is such a low impact workout, it’s easy on your joints.
If you’re nervous to try, that’s completely understandable. But rest assured that after that first session you will be hooked! This place is like a family, and I’m so very glad that I found it. I’m not going anywhere!

The combination of strength classes through the Xformer classes and cardio through the VersaClimber classes has been the best workout I have experienced in Louisville. I feel stronger and have seen faster results here than other workouts I’ve tried. Esther has taught the strength method for more than 12 years and perfects your form to ensure you are getting the best workout possible. The Versaclimber classes are challenging but give me the cardio I needed. . Esther has trained an amazing group of instructors and created a studio with great energy and support. Love my time I spend there!

This studio is fantastic if you want two different ways to challenge your body. The x former works all major muscle groups and the routines change daily. There are multiple ways to modify each move so it’s great for a fitness levels. The Versa Climber is a killer cardio class to a beat. You’re able to burn 300 calories plus in a 30 minute class.

Sweat Society has been my happy place since January. I started going because my cousin was teaching Versaclimber classes, and eventually started taking the XFormer classes as well. To say I was hooked is an understatement! I was interested in getting into better shape prior to my May wedding. As a bride, it was important for me to look and feel my best/most confident on that day. Sweat Society did more than help me achieve that. I have never felt so strong. But also, I feel encouraged and supported through the number of new friends I have gained from the community there. The instructors and my peers attending classes genuinely care about how you are doing. Not just in the workouts, but also in life. What started out as a way to get fit for my wedding, has given me all the confidence, strength, and friendship I have been needing. And I can't wait to continue growing there as I enter this next chapter of my life as a WIFE!

I love this studio! It gave everything I wanted and more in a workout. Fun, efficient, low impact, toning, and strength. I also got in some cardio in without realizing I was doing cardio!
Instructors are amazing. They are so motivating and encouraging. And because max capacity is 10 for SweatX reformer classes and 7 for SweatClimb classes, I felt like the instructors were able to give me and the rest of the clients more detailed attention. They gave me great modifications for my injured shoulder but challenged me based on my fitness level.
And then they play the best, energizing, and fun music!! I found myself smiling and forgetting about all my stresses.

I have taken about 4 classes and love it. The fun part was tracking my climbing and seeing how high I could climb. Esther and her staff were great motivators and very kind. Can’t wait to join the mile high climbing club and use the new mega formers.
