I've been training with Iisha since 2020 (hopefully she forgives me for taking this long to write a review). She's an amazing trainer, but also an amazing human. Her lived experiences translate so well to how she helps people achieve the results they want. Her knowledge of anatomy, movement, and holistic well-being is impressive, and she can "taylor" any regimen to a person's individual needs with ease. I can't count the number of times I've said, "why does my [body part] hurt when I do this?" and she's figured it out in a few minutes. It's invaluable to have a trainer who can look at you while working out and understand what areas need to be built up to support your goals. And in 5 years, we rarely repeat the same workouts back to back, which is great for someone who gets bored easily. I'm so grateful to have found her and been able to learn from her these past 5 years, and can't recommend her enough.

Thoroughness and attention to detail is what it’s all about, and that’s what you get when Iisha is working with you. On a recent visit from NYC to see my family, I made an appointment to see her based on family member recommendations. Well well well....she did not disappoint. She assessed me and gave me a customized plan, which includes me checking in with her regularly. I left her facility feeling confident and “high” off of the fact that she is about to get me together! She is the real deal....trust me you need her in your life!
