I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the track. i used to HATE working out - i always felt judged, out of place, or just uncomfortable at most gyms or group work out places. But the track completely changed that. At the track, i feel seen, welcome, and supported. The energy at the track is unreal. everyone from the instructors to the members truly support one another and are so positive. You can tell everyone truly wants you to do your best, and that makes such a difference. i’ve really never felt more motivated or confident. The track has truly become a place where i feel loved, encouraged, and myself. I am obsessed with coming to the track ( something i never thought i’d say about working out)! If you’ve ever felt nervous or judged at the gym you need to try the track!!

The Track has been wonderful for my 16-year-old daughter. I’m so happy she found it, and I love how dedicated she’s become to Pilates since she started going. It’s been amazing to see her so motivated and genuinely excited to be part of it.

Went here for the first time today and did Condition 50 with Perl, she was very welcoming and I really liked the class. I will hopefully be back soon!

I have never felt more at home in a fitness environment in my life!
As someone who was once super active and relatively fit, I’ve struggled with my body since giving birth in 2023.
I’ve tried other facilities and other work out types throughout my journey and nothing compares to my time at the track.
Taylor and her team are kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The studio is warm, both physically and emotionally. :) the classes are both beginner friendly and challenging in the best way. Each class I’ve attended has been amazing. I’m a track girl for life and you should be too!!!

There are not enough words to describe how unique and special this studio is. It has quickly become my favorite form of self care.
I have taken plenty of group classes and done different work out techniques, and when I say The Track has everything you need and stands out from the rest for many reasons - I mean, it is truly a one stop shop & worth every penny.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warm inviting staff and feel welcome until the time you leave & you will carry their contagious energy with you when you leave, too.
I find myself throughout the day hearing their uplifting messages they give you during class and I feel the reason behind such an impact is because they genuinely care and give you the tools you need for the inspiration beyond just the work out.
I have tried several different classes so far, trying to take advantage of my membership to see what works best for me and I honestly have loved each kind of class for many different reasons and will continue my membership because all of the styles invite something new in me and make me want to come back for more.
Every instructor has a different take and all bring their own energy, but they all have the core in common; which is healing from the inside and you will find that if you give yourself a chance in this community.
I wish I had visual proof of my cortisol levels from before and after coming here because I definitely feel the drastic difference and I already see the changes in my gut which is where it was stored when it was high prior to starting classes.
Come with only an open mind and let them do the rest, you won’t regret it 🫶🏼

I can’t recommend this studio enough! It’s such a refreshing and empowering space—woman-owned, with a thoughtful focus on syncing workouts to women’s cycles. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely makes you feel seen and cared for. The workouts are challenging in the best way and designed to help you work with your body rather than against it. On top of that, the studio itself is beautiful—inviting, warm, and filled with details that make you actually look forward to walking through the door. Such a special place for women to move, connect, and thrive!

I had such a great workout at The Track! It is SOOO amazing to finally find a workout studio with cycle based exercises!!! This feels like such a win as a woman. The bonus is that the instructors are so nice, empowering, and great at motivating you while kicking your butt with a great workout! The owner, Taylor is the best instructor and fitness studio owner!!

The track !!! Where do I start?!! Taylor the owner and an instructor of some classes is down to earth, comforting, and created such a beautiful and safe space for women! The classes are heated, but not too intense to make it miserable! The studio is decorated with the cutest vibes! There’s different classes for different levels/vibes! It is definitely my favorite place to go! I would go every single day if I could!!!! 🥰

I’m a first-time mom, 11 months postpartum, I was nervous to step back into fitness—especially since I hadn’t worked out in such a long time and had never tried a pilates class before. from the moment I walked into the Track, I felt completely at ease. The space is so beautiful, calm, and inviting.
Leah’s encouragement and guidance made all the difference. I was very nervous that I would not be able to keep up during the class. She offered modifications when I needed them, and turned all my nerves into confidence. I walked in feeling scared, anxious & nervous.I left class feeling strong, beautiful, empowered, and at peace—something I didn’t know I needed!!
I’m so grateful for this warm and welcoming space, and I can’t wait to keep coming back to grow not only physically, but emotionally too. I’m so excited to take more classes!!

Wow there is nothing like the Track!
I have been a member for a month and it is the best decision I have ever made. The staff is so kind. Every time I walk in I feel welcomed. The classes are challenging yet healing. Since becoming a member I have seen so much growth within myself mentally, physically, and emotionally. I’m so happy that I have found my new fitness home at The Track!
I have been a lover of heated Pilates classes for a few years now. I love the variety of classes that The Track has to offer. The instructors are all so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun! The studio is so cute, cozy, and inviting. I love the smaller class sizes because I feel that I am able to get better attention to my form and corrections, if needed.
Taylor has done an incredible job with The Track and I am so happy to be a member and I’m excited to see what the future holds for the studio :)

I haven’t taken an in person class fitness since 2020 but wanted to try out The Track. I’m so glad I did and immediately purchased a pass after my first class. Love the environment. Smaller class sizes and the instructors are so motivating. They really want everyone to embrace where they are in their fitness and health journey. I’m so glad I tried it out!

I had my first Pilates class at The Track last week! Leah was my instructor for the Form 50 class & she was so amazing! She has incredible energy, is so uplifting, empowering and kind! I’ve had so much fun in her class— I’ve signed up for 4 more. The Track is now my Pilates home and it truly feels like home. It is such a warm and inviting space that keeps you wanting to come back.
For years I’ve struggled with a lot of neck and back pain/spinal issues. I’ve pushed myself in the gym to get stronger to help strengthen myself in that area. After pushing too hard I needed a safe space to move my body gently to regain function without pain. It’s safe to say, that I am very encouraged by choosing The Track and that it was the right move for me!

This place truly changed my perception of mind to body connection with Pilates within the first class. Pilates has been my go to form of movement for a couple months now following an ACL/meniscus surgery and recovery, and within one class at The Track, I was already noticing the differences in the way I moved in classes following. I didn’t really know what it meant to have mind to body connection or to engage your core in previous classes, but it all really clicked for me here. Ryan explained the studio’s goal of catering towards more traditional Pilates vs contemporary, and I found myself slowing down the pace and being more cognizant and intentional with my movements and breath after my first class here.
The space that Taylor, Ryan and the rest of the instructors have so carefully crafted is safe and welcoming. It’s the kind of place I want to arrive early and stay late. The community is already so evident, and I’m very excited to see how the studio continues to grow and evolve. I cannot recommend this studio enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next class!

The Track is one of a kind. It is beautifully designed and welcoming. I have done modern Pilates for the last 2 years but this is more classic Pilates. The instructors want you to slow down and connect your mind and body to help become stronger, more confident and also in tune with your body. I highly recommend checking out the Track!

This place is truly one of a kind. I’ve never experienced a space so thoughtfully designed around the unique needs of women when it comes to movement!
Every corner feels Pinterest-worthy, and the energy from the women here is so warm and inviting. The workouts themselves are an absolute blast!! I didn’t even feel like I was working out until I realized how sore I was the next day. Such a fun and empowering experience all around!

I just had my first ever pilates class and I am so glad it was with Leah. She was so sweet throughout the class and took the time to answer all of my questions after the class.
I bought a month unlimited class and will definitely renew after that. Class times seem to vary so it looks like I will always be able to find something!
