What a great experience at THNDR BG! My son (13) started training there because all his friends had been going and we noticed a HUGE difference in their performance. He has only been there since March but his growth as an athlete is amazing. Logan has been wonderful teaching our young athletes how to train properly and the correct way to lift weight, build muscle, and increase speed and agility.
We have recommended this gym/program to anyone and everyone. So impressed with everything that myself (40) and my dad (70) joined the strength training program 3x a week. So excited to see our progress too. Definitely a family event now.

We’ve had an incredible experience at Thndr BG! My boys (ages 12, 10, and 8) have been training here for speed, agility, and strength, and the progress they’ve made is amazing. The owner’s (Logan’s) dedication and passion for helping young athletes grow is truly unmatched.
He brings a positive, encouraging attitude to every session and knows exactly how to motivate kids while still making it fun. It’s clear he genuinely cares about each athlete’s development — not just physically, but in building confidence and work ethic too.
